It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed and it was a bit loud. The internet, at times, was glacial.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They were helpful, considerate and went above and beyond. I also appreciated the coffee. There are some good restaurants nearby and the location is convenient.

The sound isolation is not amazing, but people were generally quiet so it's not a problem. I struggled with the air-condition, but that was my own fault.

As this was my first time visiting Shanghai, I wasn’t sure where to stay, but I am glad I booked this accommodation, as the location is very convenient (easy airport access via metro, close to a mall where you can find a variety of restaurants). The property is very clean, the Wifi connection is stable, the mattress was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially Qui. They do provide instructions on how to find the hostel, make sure you read it carefully, as you can easily pass by the hostel without noticing it.

the hostel is in a good location to get around, a few minutes walk away is the metro station. the rooms are small but comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful the cleanliness is not perfect in the bathrooms but there are many bathrooms and many showers, you do not risk having to wait. in the end it is a great hostel.

There was a little mold in the two showers I used, there was also a fly or two two times when I used the shower and there was also noodles in the sink hole in the sink where people had drained their noodles and it not being cleaned. It wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything just something to note

The bed was cozy and had a locker and a good amount of shelving space, it also had usb and type c jack but I could’ve done with a normal plug aswell as I couldn’t charge my camera without it, it also has two lights and a great privacy blind. The lady working at the reception was really helpful with any questions or things I needed help with and did the washing machine QR code for me bc it didn’t work on my phone and let me pay her back.

Bathroom is not so practical, you have nowhere to put your stuff while showering. Toilets and sinks were also dirty many times, could use more cleaning.

My room was clean, the place was easy to find thanks to the information sent before arriving. Good place for a few nights.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, and I would highlight several positive aspects. The location is excellent, situated very close to the metro station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. While the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet could be improved slightly. A standout feature was the fantastic hairdryer provided, which exceeded my expectations. On the downside, the bed was quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference. One of the features I particularly valued was the ability to stay in the common area after check-out, which made my departure much more comfortable. Overall, this accommodation met my needs and provided a good experience for the price.

The doors are plastic kinda see through style. So in the morning at a set time, the hallway lights turn on and it shines directly into your room. It is also quite noisy but there are unlimited earplugs at the check in desk.

You get exactly what u paid for. 4min walk to nearby metro station. Room was clean and so were the bed linnen You get a disposable towel, slippers and a sleep mask when u check-in. Staff is friendly and accomodating
