United Arab EmiratesMy stay at the hotel was quite exeptional. Initially I was picked up by their manager and was very assistive the whole time. Though language difference was a challenge it was not a barrier as the staff was very hospitable,nice and was readily always welcoming to help. I like to commend Ms.Gong Wei specially as she helped me a lot during my whole stay. The room was quite spacious with a separate bath tub which is quite surprising given with the good deal of their rooms. Laundry machine in the room was a plus.👍 They have breakfast which is good as well though would appreciate if they have more space in their breakfast area because it gets cramped at times. Service was superb they have tour section and they can assist you in hailing a taxi especially if your first time to china. Daily room cleaning is there as well. The room looks like modern to ancient style. It was very nearby the airport and you can walk to Tianmen Cablecar. Regardless there is a quite long distance to the national forest park i will still highly recommend this place as the place was very convinient to places. Thank you Ms.Gong Wei, Ms.Manager and the rest of the team. Good job and keep it up.

SpainFrom the front desk to the cleaning staff and the concierges Linjie, Yanzi and Wangqiuyun were the most attentive, friendly and helpful I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The hotel location is in a beautiful area, and only a 10 minute taxi ride (8¥) from the Centre which is frantic and noisy, therefore is highly recommended. The ambience of the hotel and the rooms are great for the price point in Zhangjiajie. A special mention for David who arranges all your scenic activities, also he goes out of his way to make your DIY (which is feasible) excursions seamless and is online if required on WeChat.

Comfy beds and had smart curtains too which was nice for the mornings Super close to the airport (7mins drive) and very close to the city center (10-15mins drive). The pickup service is also helpful! The lobby also has a little store/office where we could try on the traditional dress for free and take photos within the hotel which was a nice way to remember the trip! Only con is that the breakfast provided is not very tasty though it had decent options. We ended up ordering in breakfast from a local store the next day (it was delivered to our room too which was amazing!)

SingaporeThe breakfast does not have much choices. It caters more to the local taste though we are fine with that. The washing machine is very noisy during washing. The aircond is a centralised system and cannot be control individual inside the room.
The hotel is near the airport but is further away from the city. Rooms are super big with a big living room, 1 double bed and 2 single beds separated by a curtain providing some privacy, a bath tub and a small load washing machine. The hotel provides free transport to and from the train station and airport. The manager, "Lin Jie" even sent us to the train station for our day trip to Furong and picked us up from the train station. Mr David has assisted us in buying discounted tickets to Tianmen Mountain. The manager even gives us free raincoat to Tianmen Mountain and loans us their minority custom to wear for photo taking around the hotel lobby. The hotel also helps to receive my Taobao purchases prior to my stay.

PortugalAs a non-smoker I found it unpleasant to see people smoking indoors. Also, our towels in the room had a strong smell of tobacco.
Although there was a language barrier (none of the staff at the hotel spoke English), we managed to communicate through translated messages. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially David. My friend and I stayed in Zhangjiajie for 2 days and David gave us tips on what to do. Most importantly, David made us a tour plan in English for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, explaining what to do/visit in one day. This is really helpful for someone who only has one day to spend in the Forest Park.

David has been amazing from the booking to the departure! He organized pickup/drop off to airport and also helped us arrange all the needed for our Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park trips allowing us to save a lot of money on private tours/transport. Our family room was large and perfect to accommodate our family of 5. The hotel position is perfect when you arrive late from airport and strategic if you want to go to Tianmen Mountain (few minutes walking and we were at the cable car that brings you in too if the mountain). Couldn’t be happier if our choice!

GermanyVery kind service. I booked for one room and 3 people but ended up getting two rooms for 4 people without price increase. Airport transport ist for free. Communication via WeChat made things so much easier, even though you had to translate everything from Chinese to English. But this is what I expected, since only a few people can speak English. They brought fruit for us, we could drink ginger tea at the front desk. When you ask for directions they kindly help. I also lost my credit card in an atm and they drove me to the bank later on to help me get it back. Overall absolutely excellent experience. 100% would recommend to come here when you want to have a stay in zhangjiajie.

United Arab EmiratesOverall the hotel looks dated and not up to the standard of any international chain. Only Chinese breakfast was available and I am not sure that it was good even for Chinese. Noone speaks English in the hotel, but nowadays it's not a big problem with AI translations. The terrace that was part of our room was very dirty so it was not possible to use it.
We needed a big room with several bedrooms and this was one of the few options in Zhangjiajie. We had the entire 6th floor for us with 4 bedrooms and a terrace. The rooms were nice and clean. The location is very convenient for driving to the airport and the Tianmen mountain lift, but the surroundings are not very nice for walking. The hotel helped to book tickets to the parks with a discount.
