The office was a little hard to figure out but staff was friendly. We got an upgrade which was nice. Affordable place, great location between many shopping area and restaurants.

Great location as it's straight across the road from a large shopping mall and access to the underground station. One thing to note is the pinned address on booking.com IS NOT where the hotel is. We spent over an hour walking around aimlessly trying to find the location as stated on the listing. In the end, we called the hotel receptionist to speak with a local security guard we found and he put us in a taxi to the right place. Bit annoying especially after arriving and realising the hotel is across the road from the underground access. Besides that, the apartment was clean and the washing machine was a bonus. The beds were hard but the rooms were clean. The wifi kept dropping but it was fine

Location is good. There are few shopping malls just opposite the apartment. It also very close to metro station (within walking distance). There are plenty of eateries nearby (all within walking distance).

The only thing i did not like was the sound of construction going on outside. Like everyday we were sleeping and sound of construction was so loud that we could not sleep properly. Construction noise was usually in early morning time. Other than that it was a very nice apartment.

Excellent location. The huge One avenue mall and the metro station is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The room was clean and well maintained. For those who planned to explore Shenzhen, this is one of the best you can get. Full value for money.

There’s no cooking and dinner utensils despite having a stove in the apartment.

Excellent location across One Avenue, roomy and adequate accommodation. A washing machine in the balcony to do laundry. Kudos to Miss Chan for her friendly and helpful attitude to make special phone calls for us when our eSIM was not activated correctly.

I had booked for 3 people but was only given 2 cups. When I asked for another cup, the only option was for paper disposable cups. The room is advertised as a fully equipped kitchen. It was equipped with everything except kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bowls and plates.

The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants and transportation.

There is no utensils as it was described in previous reviews and to communicate with someone in reception you need to use translator which sometimes is funny :P

Apartment is located right next to Gangxia metro station which is very convenient if you are traveling with luggage. Right next to the apartment you have Zhongyang Ave which is one of the main streets in Shenzhen. Apartment seems to be pretty new, if not then in really good condition. Housekeeping comes everyday to change towels and to tidy up, really recommend it! Staff also kept our luggage after we checked out so that's big plus!

Bedrooms are quite small and just for a double bed and nothing else. The shower and toilet is tiny. You have to dry yourself and dress in the shower cubicle.

Initially I was provided an apartment that smelled like smoke but I requested to change to non-smoking one. The staff found me another apartment. The location of this apartment is fantastic. It’s right near Gangxia Metro Station. Great value for money. The apartment is basic but has everything you need. Daily housekeeping provides refreshed towels and bottled water. A washing machine enables you to wash your clothes and hang out on the balcony. Secure as there’s a security guard at the front entrance. Good base to explore Shenzhen.

There is a kitchen but no utensils so quit hard to cook anything. We either went out to eat or we brought home takeaway. We would like to have a few more hangers since we were four people but we made do with the ones we had.

First time booking a service apartment in Shen Zhen and we were not disappointed. I received the full address/contact information and picture of the front door to the building the day we were arriving, so we could find the location easier after getting off from the Metro station "Gang Xia", Exit B (Line 10). It takes just about 6 min, BUT if you go through the underground mall "Link City" you can exit a bit closer the pedestrian crossing and it will only take around 3 min. There is another exit that is just outside the building but it was under construction. A huge mall called One Avenue is just infront of the building so it's really convenient. The mall have diffrent sections that reaches other metro stations so there are many dining options to choose from and many different boutiques, ranging from high end to a few more nisch ones. The reception desk is on the 6th floor and the check in and check out process was smooth and fast. You can pay through WeChat Pay but they also accepts cash and foreign credit cards. The reception sent me all the useful information I need through WeChat so I know how to use the elevator, how to unlock the apartment door, the wifi pw and so on. The apartment was clean and fresh and everyday someone will come by and clean the apartment, change the towels, refill water bottles for us etc. It was great! The AC was amazing. We just needed to have the two AC on from the two rooms and it was cooling down the whole apartment. We didn't even use the one in the living room. A washing machine was available for use and they provided detergent that you can use. A huge plus! I read a few reviews that many had problems with the hardness of the beds but we loved it! Also wanted to mention that there were an ongoing construction quite near the apartment but it was nothing that bothered us that much.

The staff was friendly, you can communicate with them through WeChat too if you have any questions which it helps a lot if you do not know how to speak in Mandarin, If you have any questions you can also directly ask them, friendly and service was good. Location wise - its great to be right in front one of the big malls, 7/11 is right opposite too. Security wise is also good. The rooms are clean, bathroom are just nice. They provide laundry detergent and the toiletries quite well. As for kitchen utensils, you will have to bring on your own. I would definitely recommend this place. Didi will also stop and pick up right in front of the apartment exit if you choose the stop and the bus station. For Muslim, the mosque and halal food are also not that far from this location.
