United StatesWasher was on the balcony and took me a minute to find. The handle broke after one use and I couldn’t get it back working. WiFi didn’t work. Not enough elevators for the building so had to wait a long time to get up and down.
Rooms were bigger than expected. Nice to have a sitting area. AC worked great and kept rooms comfortable.

BulgariaThe rooms are quite neglected. It needs a basic cleaning and refresh. The staff takes care of the cleanliness, but some flaws need to be fixed. Absolutely no communication . The staff doesn't even know expressions like "Hello" or "Goodbye"
The location is very good. There is a large Mall and many eating places nearby. Beautiful view, especially in the evening.

SingaporeThe property is not a stand alone "hotel". The building houses other purposes. So it is not exactly easy to locate. The address will get you there but you will have to inquire if the hotel is there. Check in was in a small little room and when it gets busy it was crowded. To enter and get to the lifts there was a barrier where you have to scan your face. However for foreigners this was not possible. I had to ask the guards to let me in. However they will always ask me to download their app and.... Can't they just allow entry via our room key card? It's bothersome. The "room" was actually a 2 levels apartment of sorts. When I entered, the floor was still wet from cleaning. The bed was upstairs but the bathroom was downstairs. I didn't want to walk down the stairs in the middle of the night and so slept on the sofa downstairs. In my humble opinion this is not a good arrangement. Also there was a balcony. I wanted to lock the doors but the latch was difficult to manipulate. There was a microwave oven, kettle, fridge, stove and dishwasher but no utensils safe for 2 cups. Why install all the appliances when the guests have no utensils to use them with? For me I didn't "cook" and had my own spoon so it was ok.
Location was good with shops and restaurants just downstairs and around within walking distance. Some issues but overall I was comfortable for the one night.

South AfricaCleanliness was poor. There bathroom is dated and needs maintenance. Walls was dirty and never cleaned. Bottom of bed was never cleaned and I found some persons underwear underneath the bed.
Maintenance is lacking and cleanliness is poor. Tiles are broken in the bathroom and toilet was leaking. Intercom was not working. Even though this is a self catering apartment; no cutlery of crockery is supplied at all.

RussiaYou can't find the name of the hotel on the building. This building has completely different name. The room had a smell of smoking, and all light switches are in Chinese, with no single word in English. We couldn't find a button to switch off the night light above the bed and in the bathroom. No kitchen facilities such as cutlery or plates. One bed was extremely hard, and I could feel sprigs.
Nice location, TV with good choice of moving English. Good towels. Late check out is available. Generally not bad, but our previous apartment, which was only $20 more expensive was way better.

The property was absolutey stunning, the room was so clean and cleaned again daily, facilities were amazing i can honestly say it made my trip so much easier the room was so large in size and great value for money but most importantly the staff made the trip, they were nice friendly and allowed to receive packages at the hotel whicj saved me alot of time, they also were kind enough to send my leftover bathroom bag all the way to england i had left , as a regular traveller for work i can honestly say this was the best experience i have had , i dont even bother to write reviews but this was a must. Next year we will back as we attend canton fair yearly i will surely be stayin again at this venue and looking forward to it.
