BelgiumThe breakfast was decent and had a good coffee, but western options were too few. Having just two slow elevators in a 9-story hotel was a downside, as I had to wait for a couple of minutes. The personnel was nice and ready to help but most of them did not speak any English.
Appreciated so much the beautiful, well-thought horse-themed decor. It added an extra pleasure to the overall comfortable stay. The room even had a rocking horse ottoman! The room, bathroom, the amenities, lighting options and their control were perfect. A genuine Chinese tea-set with real green tea, not the western bags. Also, rhe location was great, with a subway just around the corner, the Canton Tower seen from the window, and shopping malls across the street.

The location is very convenient , opposite side there is a big mall with multiple shopping and dining options , subway is near , staff are welcoming , room is clean , property well maintained , if you are a non smoker ask to be placed in floor 6 or 7

United KingdomWifi did not work for our entire stay. The hotel location on the Booking.com map is wrong!! We got lost trying to find the hotel. It is only a 2min walk from Kucen metro station (exit B and turn left twice). I didn’t like the breakfast buffet… there was traditional Chinese dishes and pastries / breads but would be helpful to have the ingredients / allergens listed in English.
Went for the Deluxe room as wanted a bit more space. Room was well decorated, had a projector / screen for movies or music. Hotel provides slippers, toiletries, bath robe, tea / coffee, hairdryer. Cleaner made up our room everyday. Free laundry room on site is convenient and there is a rooftop if you want to chill outside in the evening.
