We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States1) The location is a bit far off but walkable to the nearest metro and a slightly smaller shopping mall. 2) One of the service crew at breakfast counter decided to remove breakfast items and food tags before the closing hours. (7-10AM). Speaking ill of your hotel guest with Cantonese dialects/ethnic language is not wise. We understand what you are saying. 3) No check out box to drop off hotel key resulting in having to wait 30 minutes for a 1 minute task to check out (dropping off key) 4) Gym was rather basic 5) Some guests were smoking at non smoking floors
