I was a foreign traveller and found the level of English of the staff did make for difficult conversations and getting advice. No breakfast. Internet did drop out on occasion. The snacks and food served is also quite limited in options.

Fantastic location, staff, and facilities. We arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight and the staff were still so accommodating for our check in. The staff were helpful throughout our whole stay. In addition, the rooms were clean and extremely nice. Would be coming back!

Excellent service, great rooms, everything about the hotel is wonderful. The people of Xi'an are warm and hospitable, and I felt a strong festive atmosphere everywhere. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, they provide complimentary afternoon tea, and the surrounding area is full of delicious local snacks, which I personally found very tasty! (Maybe I was a Xi'an local in my past life, haha!) For me, this is a hidden gem of a hotel, absolutely fantastic!

The complimentary afternoon tea and snacks were a delightful treat, and spending a chilly winter day lounging in the cozy first-floor café was a unique and enjoyable experience. This designer hotel is really nice, the room layout is unique and eye-catching, the bedding is very comfortable, very soft, really comfortable! It was well appointed and clean. There are line 4 and line 5 next to the hotel, and the location itself is very convenient to go anywhere. There is free Hanfu in the hotel to experience, the only small regret is that there are no boy's. I didn't encounter any unpleasant things during my stay. The front desk is very beautiful, and there is coffee and afternoon tea, which is very suitable for taking pictures and punching in. The attitude of the staff is also very good.
