Room was a little warm. Only one elevator and it took a long time since it had to go all the way up and all the way down

I liked how small and cozy the room was! The staff were super helpful in figuring out the laundry machines since I didn't have a Chinese phone number to start the machines myself. The lobby was comfortable and had a lot of seating. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were excellent! I liked how many shower-head options there are and each shower had lots of space to put my stuff

Every is clean but: Floor mats in shower are always wet- should use wooden slats, stone type mat, or rotate between floor mats to keep dry. Smell of sewerage in the mens' bathroom area?

Thin walls, not soundproof so you may be woken up by movement in corridors. Apart from this I have nothing to complain about - I am very satisfied with my stay.

Straightforward hotel with tiny rooms, reminiscent of capsule hotel. Shared bathroom always immaculately clean. Reasonable price. Nice view of city. Small room only suitable for a short stay.

It was really clean, the room is really small but you have everything you want ( toothpaste, slippers, a towel ) and in the showers there are shampoo and soap. It is really convenient! And for me the position was just perfect , really really close to the metro station ( less than a 100 m) and I walked ( it’s like an hour far from the Bund). A bit noisy but with earplugs I was ok. The only sad thing is nobody speaks English, at the hotel or around Shanghai.. If I were to come back to Shanghai I think I will book here again

Wifi didn't work in my room. It seemed a bit wasteful to clean the toilets after every use and throw away a 'disinfected' sign every time. Also, the partition in the toilets didn't go the whole way back, which isn't great for privacy.

Convenient location for the metro, staff were helpful and friendly, great views of the city, good value, beds were comfy, clean. Pretty good budget hotel!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and always open and available. The bathrooms and showers were kept very clean throughout the day/night, every day. The location was perfect and was close to everything (Metro, Starbucks, Luckin, Manner Coffee, 711, etc.) There is also a restaurant located beneath the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

The speed of the lift was horrendous. It takes a long time to wait for the lift as it moves extremely slowly. Shower and toilet cubicle walls are not flush against the walls for certain cubicles. So one could see the reflection of the cubicle beside, or see directly if they move their head close enough to the wall/windows. Not that people would do that, but the feeling of privacy is a concern. There is not shelter from the lodging to the metro station. So you are rather stuck when there is rain.

Location was near the metro. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Very impressed that they disinfect and labelled the toilet bowls and shower areas on a regular basis.

Location is great, one min walk to metro. Staffs were nice. The shared bathroom was really clean, there was a cleaning lady clean up the shower room right after a guest finished using it. It was impressed. Price was cheap, very affordable but with such nice facilities and service!

If you're a light sleeper, bring head phones, the walls don't block out your neighbours if they are loud. I noticed in the toilets you can actually see into the other cubicals via the mirrored glass behind them. Would be good if the wall partition goes all way back. Use the one on left as you enter for more privacy. You won't be able to use any of your normal apps on the WiFi. Get an eSim if you want to post online socials. The lift can take a while as shared building, so if in rush next day, be aware of the wait.

If you're doing an extended layover, get the Maglev train from the airport (about 50 Yuan) takes like 8 mins and then change to line 7, station stop is CHANGSHU ROAD and you will get here super fast than normal metro. The metro stop is just across the street so very easy to get to the Bund for photos. Hotel staff are super friendly, it's very clean and well managed. Get free toothbrush, paste and bin able towels for your stay. Price is extremely good for what you get. Shared toilets and showers were very clean. I haven't stayed in a hostel in decades and was very happy with what I got.

It would be nice to isolate the sounds, walls. Doors when closing it was noisy like banging. There were people at 3:30 am in the morning going to the toilet and wake up. Bringing earplugs helps. The rest was perfect.

The receptionist lady who attended was nice and helpful. At the begining I had a room next to the toilet and she had the consideration of changing to another where was much quieter. I appreciated the action. The room and the toilets were clean. The room was small but I knew it. It matched.the pictures. Good value for the money. The location is good as it is just next to the metro which you can go anywhere.

That may sound strange, but I think cleaning and disinfecting showers and toilets after every single use is a bit too much :) while I appreciate the cleanliness a lot, I also would like to care about environment, so I believe there needs to be a good balance between the two

Rooms a very small, but it is to be expected. Some other guests smoke in their rooms or are noisy.

Good place to drop, extremely clean, helpful staff. The area around the hotel is quite interesting and lively. Metro is close by.
