Improve on the general cleanliness of the hotel

Anda was an excellent host, he guided us on the different places to visit around Beijing, spoke good english and made our communication easier. He is a wonderful host and give him 100% recommendation.

My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and the room service was outstanding throughout my entire stay. A great perk was the free access to the laundry room, and the hotel's location couldn't be better—surrounded by shops and restaurants with everything you might need. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issue that might arise. I highly recommend this place. As for transportation, the official taxi from the airport to the hotel cost me around 15 euros, which was very convenient.

Amazing staff! Super helpful with helping us through DiDi, booking shows and recommending local food spots! The shuttle bus was very prompt on time and the staff were kind enough to message us in English with instructions on when and where the shuttle bus will pick up and drop off. The hotel itself was clean and cosy. Bigger than we expected!

We chose this hotel solely for a trip to universal park. Although the hotel already looks a little tired, it is kept clean and cozy. The staff responds to any request and are very polite people. They also speak English well, we have been living in China for more than a year, so there is something to compare the English of the hotel workers to really good. also special thanks to the chef, I am a vegetarian, and usually in China they do not take into account the needs of people like me, but the chef took care of my breakfast, which was quite tasty and filling. So thank you very much to the chef

If you want to visit the universal studios I can recommend this hotel. It’s nearby the park and therefore not in Beijing city Center. Perfect for the park visit

The breakfast could include more Western dishes, but I enjoyed the nee tastes a lot.

The staff, especially Anda, was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. Thank you for that. The staff was overall very friendly. The hotel had a very homelike feel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

A bit distance to Universal Studio . We thought that it was walking distance . It should take taxi for around cny 35

Not related to the hotel but metro lign 1 gets very packed in nearby Jiukeshu 九棵树 metro station on peak hours. Outside of that nothing to say.

The room design is beautiful I love the marble in the bathroom and the mirror 🪞 touch lighting. Also fishes at hotel entrance with tropical plants 🌱 when it’s -7°C outside is very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty, staff was nice and the price very good for a four star hotel compared to four star hotel in ce real Beijing, I could only have two star hotel for the same value in the same budget. For me it’s 100% worth it. Made my stay a pleasant time.

Everything. The place. The location. All the staff. Breakfast. We loved this hotel. It’s a perfect 10/10. Two malls at 4 minutes by car from hotel. Cafes & restaurants at walking distance. If you are a muslim there’s a halal restaurant at walking distance.

We arrived early in the morning but still the hotel staff were ready for our arrival and were able to check in on arrival. All staff were helpful, specially Candice. Even though she was transferred to another branch she helped us with everything. It felt like home it was so welcoming. We will definitely stay here if we are in Beijing.
