It wasn’t actually a hotel like how advertised. It’s a complex for residents. It does, however, have all the same facilities. But no room service.

It’s very clean and a good local for being in the commercial centre. However, do check the location as you are quite significantly far from a lot of main tourist attraction sites such as coco park.

The king size bed the legs were metal and big. Caught our toes as we walked pass.

Best if there is a phone. The only way to communicate with front desk is via Wechat or call them with your own phone which unfortunately is not working on my phone during the stay.. So if there is anything needed, you need to go out of the apartment to the 'reception"; area. However, they catered to all my requests quickly and nicely. (e.g extra water, toiletries etc)

We were at high floor with amazing street view which was the main reason for us to extend our stay。 The receptionist is extremely nice who helped me with my phone issue and offered to call our friend in China so we can meet up at the hotel. The unit has everything one would wanted for a short stay。They even provide daily cleaning. If staying longer, it would be even best if there is a simple functional kitchenette。 We will stay again when visit the city in the future。 It was listed as a hotel but in fact is an apartment with a small "reception" stand besides the nice apartment building. It took a while before we can locate the "reception area" even with help from the Didi driver..... The room is mostly clean except for some hidden area。

Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a strong cigarette smell that lingered for two days. When we requested a room change, we were informed that there were no non-smoking rooms available, as smoking was permitted in rooms. The only alternative offered was to move from the 25th floor to the 4th floor. Although fresh towels, slippers, and rubbish bin emptying were provided daily, the bedding was not changed at all during our five-day stay. Additionally, access to news channels on the TV required an extra payment. To make matters worse, there was a significant water leak in the toilet and shower area. This experience left us deeply disappointed, especially as it was our first time in Shenzhen. It’s not worth for what we paid for!

Location is ok, 10-12 mins walk from Metro. many small restaurants nearby.

Despite being a non smoking room, the room stank of tobacco. The mattress was very hard and noticeably sagging in the middle. The hotel and check in reception are in two separate buildings that require you to cross a road using a pedestrian overpass. Location is somewhat far from subway stations.

I came to Nanshan, Shenzhen for a visit and suddenly realized that this hotel has a good value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff noticed that I had a lot of luggage to carry. They even helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room

The room facilities and equipment are complete, with washing machines, refrigerators and induction cookers. The room can be used for cooking, the hygiene and cleaning are very clean, and the bed is very comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room didn't meet expectations. I had seen a lot of positive reviews and had not seen any negative remarks on the sanitation. However there were stain marks on the toilet and the shower so I don't think those had been cleaned between people. There were also dust on drawer handles. I would highly suggest using slippers and not walk barefoot in the room as they were black from just a couple of days use indoors.

Staff was excellent. Very accommodative. They were fine with a slightly later than normal check out and used a translator app as I did not speak any mandarin. The staff was also friendly and explained any questions we had and written the address down for us in Chinese. They also provided an additional card for electricity in the room and there were a washing machine available to use in the room.The hotel provided toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, soap, razor, shower cap, disposable toilet seat, comb, small packet of laundry detergent, tea- but no milk or sugar, bottles of water and slippers. I found the beds comfy with just the right hardness

The hotel is located in the central area of Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, and there are many business circles nearby. The nearest one-kilometre Laifushi shopping mall is, where there are many places to visit, eat, buy clothes, buy daily necessities, and supermarkets are all in this mall, which is very convenient. There are also some shops, fruit shops, noodle shops, convenience stores, hair salons downstairs of the hotel. The transportation is also very convenient, and the hotel is also very cost-effective. It is a 1.8 bed, and the room decoration is also very warm. I like it very much.
