Huge apartment. Great value for money. Super quiet at night. The best nights sleep we had during a three week trip. Location was great and easy to get around. Staff were lovely and very helpful. If you plan to use the kitchen you need your own cooking equipment/utensils.

I repeatedly requested confirmation of my booking, with the warning that it would be canceled if not confirmed. Despite my attempts to reach out via email and through the Booking.com platform, my messages were never answered. When I called the property directly, no one was able to respond, as there was no one available who spoke English. It’s frustrating to ask for confirmation when I’ve already paid for my stay. There was a strong smell of cigarettes, and I was worried my clothes would end up smelling. Additionally, the shower had a crumbling ceiling and mold, which was very concerning."

The location is absolutely perfect – the best you could imagine. I never needed to use the underground as most places were within walking distance. The bed sheets and towels were impeccably clean and crisp, like ice white

I had stayed there for 3 nights, It’s 15th or20th story building, and some are the floors are converted into hotel rooms. Rooms are not cleaned by cleaning staff , I told them many times but cleaner aunt not cleaning properly,also the kitchen sink Water was coming out of it but no one came to fix it. Staff are very helpful, but we don’t feel great facility there.

Dirty room when arrived. Tv did not work. There was no large screen tv as advertised. Not for foreigners. Police asked me to change hotel. Terrible.

I came to check into the hotel, but the original room type was not the one I liked, so the front desk gave me a free upgrade to a new room type. After the upgrade, the area has significantly increased. The hotel provides free coffee and drinks, but it was too early and I couldn't get up. The room also has a refrigerator, which makes it very convenient to have a cold drink at night. Like it 👍🏻
