The hotel is about 2 minutes away from the subway station, just downstairs next door. It is convenient to play anywhere. There is a whole family supermarket downstairs. The room is clean and tidy, especially the tall aunt. The cleaning of the stay is very clean. During this period, she is also very patient to ask the aunt to replenish mineral water. The service is warm and thoughtful. I booked several nights in a row. There is also a laundry service. There is no need to worry about changing clothes at all. Including the small requirements I put forward during my stay, they helped me solve them in time. It was a very satisfactory check-in experience!

Just feel free to charge, the experience is very good. I would like to mainly praise the front desk service staff. They are all super good and have a very good attitude. When asked some questions during check-in, they were very patient and attentive, without any impatience. The apartment facilities are very complete, including washing machines, refrigerators, induction cookers, etc., which are very suitable for families in need of long-term rental! The geographical location is also quite good, located in the center of Tianhe District, which is very convenient for both subway and bus. You can reach the bus as soon as you go downstairs, making it very convenient to go anywhere you want to play or eat at nearby shopping malls.

Transportation: It only takes about ten minutes to walk from Exit G of Tiyu West Road. There are coffee shops, restaurants, fruit shops, and convenience stores downstairs. If it is not far from nearby large shopping malls, taxis often pass by downstairs, which can be said to be very convenient. Service: The front desk staff has a great and friendly service attitude. During the stay, they will remind us that the front desk is available 24 hours a day. If you need anything, you can contact us at any time. If you continue your stay, a cleaning lady will also come to clean and provide disposable items every day. Environment: The overall room is very spacious, with good lighting in the afternoon when facing south. The facilities are also very complete, including washing machines, refrigerators, and small bags of laundry detergent. At night, as long as the windows are closed, it won't be very noisy. The bathroom has a disposable toilet cover that is clean and hygienic. Anyway, it was a very pleasant stay!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This hotel should have been a huge red flag because of its lack of reviews. It is NOT a proper hotel and should not be advertised as such. It is a serviced apartment at best. It is in a random business building. The customer service counter/front desk only has a tiny sign with the “hotel”’s name. When we checked in at 4pm, the cleaning ladies were still cleaning the room. And when we entered the room, we were horrified. It looked nothing like the photos online. The room was old. Things were falling apart and there was a strong smell of smoke. The shower was disgusting and dirty and my mother scalded herself because of a faulty tap. I contacted the front desk via wechat to request for a better room and the person simply responded that all rooms were the same and that if I really don’t like, they can offer us a full refund. Never ran out of a hotel fast enough. The hotel staff were not even a least bit apologetic. Absolutely ridiculous. Again, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This is not a hotel. If I paid $30 a night for this place then maybe it would have been acceptable.

Amazing clean spacious stay Totally worth the money

First of all, it's not a hotel. It's a number of serviced apartments spread throughout a residential/business building. The building and the rooms are in desperate need of maintenance work. I had to choose between a room stunk of cigarette smoke and a room with mouldy walls. I chose the former. There was a water cut at my time of stay, which was a major inconvenience. The "hotel" knew of it but chose to only disclose this to me at check-in, past my free cancellation time. The supposed gym they list here has apparently been shut down for maintenance for over a month, but that was never disclosed to me at any point until I made an enquiry. I am in need of facilities for rehabilitation, and this was detrimental to my recovery. No solution or compensation were even proposed by the "hotel".

Downtown location, but not too close to the metro station. Approx 10 minutes walk. Quick response time with staff on WeChat in Chinese. Though issues are rarely adequately addressed. Spacious room.
