ArmeniaRooms were not very clean. We initially booked the cheapest room, but it turned out to be extremely tiny and had no windows, we had to upgrade to the room with terrace, so probably could have gotten an overall nicer hotel for the price. Overall expected a bit more due to good reviews
Amazing location right in the city centre. The best part is definitely the amazing staff who were extremely nice and helpful, fluent in english. Our room also had a great view.

FranceJust a heads up that there is a small flight of stairs to get to the hotel floor. Feasible in case of heavy luggage but bear in mind in case of disability.
We’ve traveled to every continent and visited countless cities but this host is the absolute best. He was in touch as soon as we booked, catered for our every need and more (he asked questions to unveil needs we didn’t know we could have and provided solutions). He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we’d enjoy our short stay in the city, recommended the right places for the right meal/activity and even walked us to a specific spot in our first day. The room was incredibly cozy, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect and we are forever grateful to this man for making our first stay in china one of our most memorable. We will absolutely come back!

United KingdomIt was hard getting out of the lift then having to walk up the final steps. My husband would like a handrail fitted as he has difficulty walking now due to his age.
The view from the roof was lovely. The manager was very helpful with booking a taxi and telling us where the bank was (open on Sunday too!). He even upgraded our room as we booked one without a window. Also was in a great location opposite the CRS metro station and the Chongqing Cable Rope entrance. Shops were only a short walk away as was large supermarket.

The owners were such amazing people really helpfull and spoke great English! Never have I ever met such kind hearted hosts before! The hotel room was super clean and the hotel has an amazing rooftop on the 30th floor where you can look over Chongqing. Plus the hotel is located in the very middle of the city center. Would definitly recommend if you are looking for a space in Chongqing.
