Great location close to the East gate of the Forest park 5 minutes walk. Ralph was really helpful and recommended great places to eat - the buffet breakfast at a nearby restaurant for just 15 yuan including coffee was excellent!

This is the hotel owner who speaks the best English I met during my travels in China. Ralph used to be a tour guide, so he can give you the most reasonable travel advice. He is always enthusiastic to help you solve all problems. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and also very unique. It is very convenient to the scenic spot. I will recommend it to every friend who travels to Zhangjiajie.

The hotel is in a very good location, and it only takes 6 minutes to walk to the park. Ralph speaks fluent English. He has been a tour guide for 10 years. He recommended a very reasonable tour route for us and helped me book discounted tickets for scenic spots. Ralph is very enthusiastic and professional. He can help you solve all travel problems. This is the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in during my travels in China. The coffee in the hotel is only 10 yuan a cup, which is great. I will recommend friends to stay here

No lift available however, the receptionist was kind enough to carry my luggage 2 flights of stairs when I arrived.

Just a few minutes by walk from Zhangjiajie national forest park entrance. There’s also a river nearby where you can enjoy a really beautiful walk. I had a comfortable room with all necessities. The staff were helpful when I needed a driver to take me to the hotel from the airport as I arrived late at night. Good communication with the owner.

The location is amazing an easy walk to the national park and outside Zhangjiajie so quiet but still lots of resteraunts around. The staff were super helpful and friendly each day helping us plan where we should go. They also helped us with the buses on arrival. On the first day they walked us to a local resteraunt which was the best food we ate in china, really good value too and the nicest people we ate there multiple times. We also got upgraded for free on arrival as there were empty rooms and had a great view from our room.

We had a perfect stay at Destination Youth Hostel. They were super accommodating, helping us plan our time in the national park and arranging new years activities for us. The hostels location is conveniently right next to the main entrance of the park. We were able to walk 5 mins to get to anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to rest and relax. Ralph was an above and beyond host, driving us to a new year’s celebration, always willing to help us, and even mailed a scarf that we left behind back to us. Highly recommend staying here!!

Everything was great, and they were really helpful. The location is perfect, you can go to the avatar mountain by foot. Every night there was a lot of street food. I highly recommend it!

A very good hotel, the location is very good, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the park entrance, the owner is omnipotent and can do anything for you, he used to be a tour guide for 10 years, he speaks very good English, helped us book tickets for the scenic area, recommended a very good tourist route for us, ralph is so professional, he and the staff are warm and hospitable, recommended delicious restaurants for us, provided us with laundry service, this is a hotel with great value for money, highly recommended to friends in need, I think I will come again.

Ralph and his staff are exceptional: polite, very friendly, super helpful, and spend time explaining routes to follow for Tianzhi Shan, Yuanjiajie and Yuanjiajie. Room was cleaned and very comfortable. For its price, everything is beyond my expectations.

It's close to the park and I don't need to get up early to catch up. The boss and the girl were very enthusiastic, they planned a whole trip for me, helped me buy tickets and I no longer had to go to the park to queue. The park after the rain is very beautiful, like a dream. The room is very clean and quiet. I like everything here.

It is located a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the Park. A 10-minute walk from the bus station. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. A cozy room with everything you need. The brilliant of hotel is Ralph! He is the best in Wulingyuan and Zhanggjiajie! His English is perfect (which is almost not found anywhere else in today's China). We booked all our trip tickets with discounts, Ralph told us everything in detail, put them on the shelves, and painted all the routes. He helped us solve many other issues. Thank you very much!
