    15 minutes walk to park entrance, shops and small restaurants near by. Helpful with reserving tickets .

    The location is top notch! Basically 10 minutes to the mountain gate on food! And you can see mountains from the inner courtyard too, which in itself is lovely. Breakfast is pretty varied, we loved it. The room is comfortable and clean.

    There was nothing I didn't like about this resort. Everything was fine.

    This hotel has locations nearby, and services are better, The staff is also responsible I'm happy for that

    The staff knew very little English.

    close to some attractions very far from others. The hotel is very spacious and spread out. you have to walk a long way.

    The first room they gave me had no lights or electricity, so the A.C. couldn’t work. They moved me to a different room, but the issues didn’t stop there. As a foreigner, they overcharged me for an excursion that should have cost 200 of their currency, making me pay 300 instead. They promised to help but never did, ultimately cheating me out of the excursion. The manager told me I had to arrange my own transportation, which cost me over $200. I have the receipt to prove it. Meanwhile, I saw buses picking up other guests for their excursions, but I was excluded.When I confronted them, they brushed me off. They even threatened to keep me in the country without involving the authorities over just 300 of their currency. Their communication was poor throughout my stay, and the entire staff ganged up on me, making me feel worse than I ever have in my life. At one point, they locked my room, preventing me from accessing my belongings until I repaid them with my card. They also made me book a second reservation but still haven’t refunded my down payment for either booking. On top of that, they forced me to open an unfamiliar account.During my excursion, I was lucky to make friends who spoke their language and helped translate for me. That’s how I learned exactly what they were saying about me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this hotel. In other hotels, when they provide excursions, they also include transportation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.
