A perfect place to stay. I enjoyed staying at Yeah Hostel so much. The staff is so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and friendly. They helped us in organising our tour to explore the surroundings. I do recommend you to stay at this hostel.

It's difficult to make a normal review in this case. I booked the dorm, however some of the guests smoked in the room and I decided to change it for a single room (in theory smoking was forbidden but some of the local guests didn't care). The single room itself was nice and I received a decent discount. Staff is super engaged and speaks good English. The common area downstairs is nice. The hostel is in close proximity to zhangjiajie forest park, nearby are shops and restaurants. There was provided cleaning every day. Nice terrace on the last floor. The dorm room itself was big and well equipped however it smelled of cigarettes.

Perfect, didn’t k ow it wasn’t in the big city but right next to the entrance of the parc so perfect to enjoy it. Very nice people, good communication, good beds and hot showers.

The location is the best but the AC heater is not enough warm. The owner girl is very nice and friendly explain about the trip and she is very helpful for every tourists. I wanna give 10 out of 10 for her. They also treat the stuffs to the guests.

The room was very big, good heater and plenty of hot water. The best thing was the help from the staff when regarding Zhangjiajie national park. They planned absolutely everything for me since I was very clueless and helped me with issues I had as well! They were super nice and made me feel at home! Would stay again!

Could be cold in winter

Very cosy place with friendly and helpful staff. Good place to meet and hang out with other travellers. Spacious beds in bunk bad rooms. The rooms are equipped with bathroom. Wifi good speed. The staff can make you tea and help to make an itinerary for your trip to natural park area and even book tickets. Also gives you a map. Really helpful and easy to communicate.

There’s nothing I don’t like.

Best location, staff, and facilities. Definitely the only one you should choose when you visit Zhang Jia Jie. I’m here for 4 days, and I want to stay longer If I could!

The room was quite cold even with a heating system. However, this seems to be a general issue while traveling in China in the winter.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff that helped me plan my itinerary in the park, and comfortable beds that came with a heating blanket! A bonus that they provided towels as well. Also met some nice people while staying there!

“While the location and the owner’s hospitality were fantastic, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. In December, the room was quite cold, and while there was an AC unit, it wasn’t used. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the experience was good, but those minor issues could be improved.”

It was a little hard to find because it doesn’t have the English mane outside but once you get your bearings it’s not too hard. It’s down Ansley near a massage place.

Great place, with a very convenient location (close to the bus station but also to the gate of the Zhangjiajie park). The entrance hall has a nice design and the staff is really kind. In the afternoon you can also enjoy an amazing tea!
