showering area is a lil small for standard asian woman size. didn't really want to stay in the bathroom for long.

the place was cosy and host was very friendly and helpful in things to eat and places to go. area has a lot of eateries and about 10mins walk from train station. room and living area is clean.p with a very friendly and welcoming cat. hot water works well and you can have drinking water refilled too.

Conveniently located, the apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the metro station and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. It is cozy and comes with everything you might possibly need (including a lovely cat). The shared areas are well-kept, and I particularly liked the handy water server in the kitchen for guests to use. Jennie and her friend were respectful yet accommodating, adding a warm touch to the stay. Highly recommended!

The hosts are very nice and the apartment is beautiful and very clean! The bed room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location is great with 2 underground lines less than 5 minutes walking distance.

The bed is a bit hard, not too much comfortable for me.. but it's very subjective so for someone else it can be ok.. and also the pillows were not good for my neck ahah ! I would have liked to have something for breakfast.. some biscuits or coffee at least.. but unfortunately breakfast is not offered.. anyway there is a good quality/rate price. The flat is really nice and there is a wondetful cat waiting for you 😬 ! The girls who live in the flat tried to help me as much as they could, I needed to buy some tikets online and they helped me with the chinese language and they booked a taxi for me! Also they speak good english, which is very difficult to find in China! The flat is at a high level flor so you have the view of the city from the top which is very nice expecially at night. Also they let me do some washing machines to wash my clothes and I also apreciated it :) 😀 ! Thank you 😘

We liked it all.

Jenny and Juan were excellent hosts and very accommodating. Any information we needed, or help with apps, they were always there to lend a helping hand. They even hosted us for dinner one night! The bed was super comfortable as well. There are also a number of good places to eat nearby.

Owner has a cat, need to take extra care if your clothings attracts cat fur. Owner do provide a roller to remove those fur from the clothings.

A bit hard to find. It's down a back lane off main road. It's a shared bathroom with Hosts.

Great hosts, very friendly and they speak good English. Comfy room either AC and lovely cosy apartment. Close to mall, restaurants and a bank just downstairs. A little pricey but that's Beijing I would stay there again.😊

The room is a little bit small and the bed is a bit too hard. these were very minor things which did not make our experience any less wonderful.

The bed room was not too big but for 1 people is enough.

The owner Jennie and her friend were very kind though I just had 1 night stay there. The bed room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. If you will fly from Da Xing airport, the place of the guest room is convenient. It is not far from Caoqian station that you can use the AirPort Express subway to Da Xing airport.

Their cat... It was clean and communication with them was easy. Because they replies so fast. And hosts was so cute and helpful.they recommended me many things, places and foods. Location was so near with everything. Supermarket,mall, food restaurant and subway station was so close too. They helped me how to buy the ticket of train and metro card.

The kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. The bathroom is mentioned as 'private bathroom' on booking, but in reality, it is a shared bathroom.

Very friendly host, she gave us advice about the touristic sights and was helpful with the booking of tickets.

hi! we (me and my husband) stayed there for 2 nights and it was more then perfect! before stayed there, we faced some problems with 3 hotels because they didn’t accept the foreigners, and we were trying to find something good and not so expensive for stay in Beijing urgent. we are really lucky, because we met an amazing owners! you guys are so friendly, polite and helpful! when we will come to Beijing again I hope we will have a chance to stay in your place again🙏🏻 and here you can enjoy not just the property or an amazing view from the window, but you can also have a pleasant conversation 🙏🏻
