It was a lovely apartment. Nice and clean and spacious. There was a shopping mall right beside us so it was very convenient. The concierge was really nice and helpful. I think his name Jack Chan. We wanted to get the robot to deliver to our room and he was kind enough to let us use his WeChat to pay since that was the only payment accepted.

location is the best in Chongqing (best shopping mall just downstairs, and walking distances to most of the tourist spots). And compared with the intercontinental hotel (just next door), it is half the price, and double the room size, and also has washer/dryer, which is a plus for travelers who are away from home for more than 1 week.

Conveniently located next to the waterfront, large shopping mall and subway. Walking distance to some CQ tourist attractions as well. An extra plus was an upgraded larger room, which also offered panoramic view of the city.

Massage Chairs would have been awesome but not a shortcoming.

Staff was really friendly and welcoming.James one of the men in hall is really kind and gentleman l, would make sure your needs are fulfilled. Overall hotel room was amazing. If you are in Chongqing then stay in Ascott Raffles is a must, easily accessible to famous spots, easy access to mall for any shopping or eat quick lunch and dinner.

The sauna room needs to be improved.

Everything is perfect, location, reception, staff, facilities, breakfast, room is clean and full equipped. I'm very grateful for the room upgrade and all services provided. This hotel will be definitely recommended and be my first choice on next visit.

My room has only view ot the next bulding. But it was not all bad. I had to leave very early couldn't enjoy more of the vecinity.

Great location with a shopping mall with international supermarket and restaurant. The best view of the city from the mid horizontal section across the 3 buildings, nice bar restaurant on the left tip of the sky view with plexiglass floor for those who are not afraid of heights.

The AC did not seem to work well. Even after setting the temperature to 16 degrees celsius, it still felt slightly warm in the room.

I stayed here for two nights while traveling with my mom. The service was great from the start, with people offering to carry your luggage. Any additional requests can be given to the front desk and quickly met. We stayed in a twin room which had a great view of the city. The room was very understated but luxurious and comfortable.

You need to pay a hefty deposit which can obviously be refunded once you check-out.

Everything. The room, the buffet breakfast, the Chongqing Raffles City mall, the proximity to a metro station, the location, everything was amazing and convenient. Sometimes I felt like I didn’t have to leave the hotel or the complex at all! Everything I needed was right there. Also the pool and sauna was very fun too.
