Hong Kong(1) We were a group of three adults. This one-bedroom apartment was recommended to us as there was "1 sofa BED" in the living room apart from a double bed in the bedroom. However, surprisingly, there was only "one 2-seater sofa" found in the living room when we checked in. The manager apologized to us, saying that there was a mistake in the listing as the hotel did not have SOFA BED but SOFA only. So, one of us had to bend to sleep in this SOFA for two nights! The listing of this "1 sofa bed" disappeared after I made a complaint to booking.com. (2) The hotel seemed not knowing we're a group of three, and I had to be escorted to the restaurant for breakfast on both dates, and not to mention that other supplies in the room like towels, cups, beddings were all only prepared for two persons. (3) The breakfasts are contracted out, and the waitresses were not properly trained. One of them took away my breakfast when I left my seat less than one minute to look for a spoon; and she pulled a long face when I tried to explain it to her that the food was unnecessarily spoiled. She simply asked me to get the food again!
The apartment was quiet, clean and had a lot of storage space for guests for a short stay.
