Location was close to tour meetup options, 15 min walk to metro station. Breakfast was amazing! Our room was quiet, we stayed Sunday-Wednesday and street noise did not diatribe our sleep.

I had a King Deluxe and it was a very large room facing a tree-lined street that was very quiet.

Room 501 is next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down. Water noise from other rooms was very loud in the pipes in our room. Floor 6 is restaurant floor and noise came down into our room. Too dark in the hotel for my wife but I found it ok. Coffee, milk, and hot water not out for people to self serve for breakfast, always had to ask staff each time making us wait. Should be put out for self serve.

Great location, many many restaurants in the area. Hot showers. Good wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke English. Breakfast was good.

The design and location of the hotel were good but the hotel double charged my booking and also the water out of the shower was cold - disappointing.

The rooms are very dark, and receive almost no sunlight. Plus, the bass from the club across the street was quite audible and kept me up late into the night.

Clean “industrial modern” design, and close to Provenza (if that’s what you’re looking for).

The location is perfect nestled in a quiet street yet just a stone's throw away from a plethora of fantastic restaurants. Our room was a delight, featuring a lovely balcony that offered a serene spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The design of the hotel is simply stunning, blending modern aesthetics with cozy comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. A special shoutout to Stiven, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His dedication and friendliness made a lasting impression on us.

The soap dispensers in the shower did not work.

Staff was helpful and professional. My room would not cool so it had air conditioning issues and the staff changed my room promptly.

For the price I expected a little more, like our room hadn’t been cleaned, towels weren’t changed and we had to ask the reception for refill of water. The hotel only provided free coffee downstairs in the evening when you don’t need it. Would have been nice to have a free coffee station all day.

The design of the rooms and the complimentary toiletries and the chocolates, and the coffee and water available at the reception. The staff was veru helpful and attentive

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this might not be the right place. We could clearly hear music from the neighboring building, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when everyone was heading out. The bathroom was worn, and every time we took a shower, there was water everywhere. We had to ask the staff for extra towels to mop it up. Breakfast was okay.
