Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Woken up twice by late arrivals, not sure that anything can be done about that but main light needn’t be switched on.
Very convenient for the airport.

The furnishings are quite basic. Power outlets are only by the bottom bunks, so you need a long cord to charge a phone from the top bunk. There is only one stool to access the top bunks, to be shared by a room with 3 bunk beds. The room could use more hooks, ideally by each bed. It was a bit cold and the air was a bit stuffy/stagnant… Also, I caught a cold here…at least it was not covid. Still, people, stay home if you are coughing all night!
Excellent price, great for a one-night stay before an early flight. The front desk is open 24 hours, and the receptionists are friendly. There is plenty of hot water for the showers.

There is nothing to do near the hostel and it is not pleasant to walk outside at night.
The hostel is relatively close to the airport, suitable for those who are between flights or want to sleep close to the airport. The large bag can be left in storage for a long period of time

The area isn't really safe and there isn't much to do around, so you might want to come here just right before bed time/ after you finished doing everything you wanted in the city. The energy plugs are not so close to the beds and in the room I stayed in, there was only 1 plug working (for 4 ppl).
It was v close to the airport, so just what I needed on my last day in Bogota.

The planes can be noisy because it is so close to the airport but earplugs will help. My upper bunk lacked an electrical outlet. (An extension cord would do the trick.)
Excellent place to for a BOG airport layover. Just a 30 minute walk and they have 24-hour reception and didn't mind letting me crashing earlier than their official 8:30 am check-in time (also let me have my free breakfast on the morning I arrived, rather than the morning I left, which would have been too late). Comfy common areas for lounging around. Plenty of cheap restaurants in the area.

Everything was good. The staff is very friendly. The hostel is very close to the airport so is perfect when you have early flights. The hostel has very nice facilities. Very recommended

Noise at night till late and also from 5/6 am in the morning with arguments and music. We only arrived at midnight and left at 7, staying here as a layover. No towels for shower.
Comfy bed, quick enough check in and near to airport (6 mins off peak and 10 mins in rush hour)

considering this hostel is used as a pit stop for flights, it was strange that there were a group of performers rapping with very loud music in the evening. not ideal when trying to relax before an early flight.

Taxi to the airport asked too much for 5 minute drive. We were charged extra without previous notice. (Make sure asking the driver going to the departure area to avoid paying even more than necesary.)
Beautiful hostel with relax zone. Clean and pleasent environment, nice personel. Personel called taxi to the airport for us.

I paid more for a room with only women but at night while I tried to sleep already two guys entered…

The music is really loud and they stop it really late around midnight. Also the fact to be close to airport make the hostel noisy but that's not on them. The breakfast could be a bit better. The dorms doesn't have any storage for your stuff.
The hostel is really close to the airport. The room look nice and the beds are comfortable. The worker are nice and always smiling. The balcony is a really nice place for chill.

Blankets were quite thin so not enough for the cold when it was cold. I had originally booked a private room, the dorm room had no key which meant every time I went to the bathroom I left my stuff unprotected. There were a group of quite noisy people in the shared area until quite late, it would be great if the hostel implemented some kind of quiet time after midnight
Great location stayed here before because of proximity to airport. Beds are comfortable. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The system somehow got the date wrong at the hostel despite my reservation in booking being for the correct date, it was great that the staff fixed this issue by blocking out a whole dorm for the night as I had booked a private room

Wouldn’t recommend walking in that neighborhood at night. Hostel looks better in photos than it does in real life. Many young people staying so is a little loud.

I didn't really get how the breakfast worked and it didn't seem to be ready, it also wasn't explained.
Very close to the airport and very cheap for the night. The beds are comfortable and it was a good place to rest for a few hours.

Too much noise at night could not sleep. The sheets of the bed were weird and slippery, not comfortable. The breakfast was too basic.

I got bedbugs and as we told about it to the staff they just said they will be cleaning but didn't seem to make any major moves

towels and sheets were stained/holes. loud party next door until early hours of the morning. couldn’t sleep before my early flight.
