Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandWould really appreciate a plug and shelf in the beds, especially on top bunks…
Good beds with curtains all the way around, breakfast included was really nice and always free coffee was a huge plus. It was a quiet hostel so not particularly social but good for a nights stay.

NetherlandsOnly downside is that there are construction works going on across the street during the day on weekdays.
I loved the hostel and the personnel! Very social, nice terrace, dancing classes on the terrace, free breakfast, quiet at night and clean, and that for a very decent price! Would definitely recommend this hostel! In case you are still doubting, it is easy to extend your stay ;)

AustraliaYou pay what you get. Bare minimum. Our private room had no window but we knew this when booking. This however could actually be an advantage - no light or noise - we slept very long and very well.
Great atmosphere and free breakfast. The rooftop is a great place to be.

FranceDated, it doesn't look clean all over the room (but the bed was all clean!), window leading to a noisy street. And a cockroach even came to say hi in the bathroom.
Quality is not the best but for that price, the ratio quality/price is amazing, so still a very good mark ! Staff was friendly. Location is great. The hostel wasn't so social in the evenings, but the fact they make you an amazing free breakfast drag all other guests of the hostel on the rooftop in the morning and this is when the hostel becomes social. Therefore rather social if you stay several day. The bathroom had warm water and with enough pressure (something that can be rare in Latin America)

United KingdomThe manager was genuinely interested in feedback, both positive and negative. At the time, we couldn’t provide any meaningful feedback/suggestions. 5% card fee. In hindsight, the 5% card fee is excessive given the actual fees for credit card payments are no more than 3% in Colombia (we weren’t charged a fee at our hostel in Bogotá). However, a 5% card fee seems common in Colombia. Furthermore, the twin room with shared bathroom was tiny and right next to reception, which could be loud at night/early morning. We knew the room was tiny before we booked but we didn’t know it was located next to reception, with the only window opening towards the reception area. We had to ask for the TV volume to be turned down one night, which, to be fair was lowered immediately. Please note, I’ve still given Noah 9/10 and each of the individual ratings the best rating despite these comments.
Noah’s goal is to feel like a home from home and it really did feel like that. Noah was by far the most welcoming and friendly hostel we stayed at in Colombia. We always felt safe. Staff allowed us to check into our room early after arriving on a night bus the first morning. They also allowed us to store our luggage for free when we headed to Salento for a couple of nights (Salento is highly recommended). After returning to Medellín two hours earlier than planned due to the bus driver thinking he was a racing driver, staff allowed us to sleep on the (sheltered) terrace for free and provided us with blankets. They then offered us with free breakfast and allowed us to use the shower, despite us officially checking out three days prior. Great location with massive supermarket a five-minute walk away and the nearest metro station around a 10-minute walk away.

United KingdomThere were never paper towels stocked in the bathrooms. It would've been nice to have a shelf on the top bunks at least as there was nowhere to out your phone as it was charging. Also there were no railings around the top bunks which I'm not such a fan of. It would've been nice to have a bit more of a sociable/chilled vibe on the rooftop but unfortunately it was very quiet all the time. That said, there were plenty of other places to go out to if you wanted to socialise.
Great location, very close to all the other hostels in Poblado. Lots of trendy bars around with a digital nomad vibe. Plenty of bathrooms and the hostel was spotless. Nice to have curtains on the beds, lockers in the dorms and plugs right by the bed. Breakfast was from 8-10am and was scrambled eggs, toast and jam, and coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful (they let me use their phone to call an airline and printed a ticket for me for free). It was also not required to pay as soon as you arrived/extended your stay which was helpful as it gave me a chance to go to the ATM.

United KingdomThe room didn’t even have a window, only a tiny one in the bathroom and we couldn’t keep that open as cockroaches kept coming in the room. However the staff did upgrade us to a ventilated room for free when they could for 2 nights and are trying to sort the issue as it is from the business below the hostel. Rooms were also tiny and could hardly fit a bag in, more suitable for 1 person rather than 2 in some of the privates but good value for money compared to privates elsewhere, although probably would’ve paid more for a bigger more ventilated room.
Great location and nice hostel community feel, breakfast included which is always good.

SloveniaIt's very noisy area - nightlife, traffic, also people coming in late at night. Fan is working only if the main light is on (as it's part of it) so during the night, especially on the upper beds, you are melting :/ The entrance of the hostel could be marked better (search for the small entrance door, locked with the fence and black&white sign beside).
Hostel is a nice social hub, located on a very handy spot of El Poblado (also quite close to the Metro station - 15min or +/- 7.000cop by Uber). Staff is very kind and helpful, you are getting a towel even in a dorm, breakfast is good and the rooftop terrace is very nice.
