Lovely hotel, with amazing staff delivering a high level of service. Room we had was huge and was very well equipped. Its is located in the area most tourists stay and is walking distance to restaurants and bars

reception staff were all great , very friendly and helpful

good stay , good property not to far from all the hustle and bustle but far enough you don't hear any of the noise from the main bar areas etc

Room service was a real disappointment. Although the menu options are very good the delay from ordering to receiving the food is unacceptable. It took over 90 minutes and required a lot of chasing and complaining and then when it did arrive the meal was a bit cold and the ice cream was melted. Although the hotel says that both English and Spanish are spoken it was very difficult to use room service unless you spoke Spanish.

Large room in a nice area of Medellin and the room has a spectacular view. The airport transfer worked perfectly. The bed is huge and comfortable and the spa bath was great. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful and the cleaning staff very friendly and efficient. The breakfast restaurant has a lovely open vista onto the garden.

Breakfast was way below par compared to the quality of the room. Bland, unseasoned food with few options. Also wish the 24-hour room service included at least a few food options, but they only serve drinks after 9:30 when the kitchen closes. No big deal since food delivery services (Rappi) got the job done. Also, a microwave would've been a nice convenience.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable suite with two bathrooms, large jacuzzi, sitting area, big screen TVs, walk-in closet, well-stocked minibar and great views. Bed was large and super comfy. Undoubtedly the best room I've ever had in Medellin. Outstanding value for the price I paid. Hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

just be aware that some staff may ask you (directly or indirectly) to move on from areas if you’re relaxing for too long, for example in the pool or restaurant

the new room foremost, and the breakfast was fairly good, along with breakfast staff were very nice. staff were concerned about security which was prominent but mostly a good thing.

I liked everything.

I love the smell of coffee as soon as you walk into the hotel and rooms. The location is great and close to everything. The restaurant is delicious. This hotel never disappoints. Last 3 times in Medellin I've stayed here

The property is private and clean and quaint. It was perfect for my small group and reasonably priced. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from fun and entertainment.

there was a metallic noise every minute or so, I guess from the technical room of the lift but was very annoying during the night.

Nice modern room. nice swimming pool but must be reserved in advance. fantastic view from the room at the 13th floor.
