WiFi didn't reach into the bedroom and bed was a little small for 2 adults.

Fantastic location and Heidi was super. She kindly let us leave our bags at the hotel after checking out. Breakfast was also very substantial and yummy up on the terrace.

The only downside I would see in the smaller room and bed size, i think it was only 140 or 160cm wide so some couples might struggle to fit in.

The hotel itself is really nice looking, offering everything one would need. It looks very clean, has a good location close to the downtown. What I would rate very high was friendlyness of the receptionist who tried to support us with whatever ask we had.

Wow, perfect place. The hotel has a great design, very charming. It is perfectly clean everywhere, room was very well equiped and spotless clean. Confortable bed , fridge, airconditioning, TV and good Wifi, nice bathroom with towels changed everyday. STAFF EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL, speaking a very good english. BREAKFASTS are incredible, lots of choices ( and the colombian one is a must try) . Very close to historical city, restaurants....a special thank to Yesid for his kindness. This team makes its Best to make us feel happy and it is a success.

I was stunned by the staff, the hotel owner should know they have the dream team managing the hotel Casa Isabel. Jesid Javier Heidy are all the perfect hosts, you will have all the attention you can imagine and every need that you may have will be satisfied. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, it is beautiful and fantastic with amazing people running it. Breakfast is always different, fresh and delicious. I recommend “desayuno tipico”, it is traditional Cartagena food! Thank you a lot to hotel Casa Isabel for welcoming us in Cartagena. You have made are stay a wonderful experience. setting the bar too high for the rest of the hotels. Hasta pronto.

There was a problem with the water and we never had a proper warm shower because of it

Excellent small hotel in an ideal location in Getsamani, a short walk to everywhere you are likely to want to go in Cartagena. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and the ability to have it on the roof terrace was really nice (when it wasn’t raining). Overall, ex aptly what I was looking for, and I would happily stay here again.

Truly nothing - this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The staff were wonderful. Jesid and Hiedy in particular, from the front desk, were fantastic. The gentleman who served breakfast (who's name I did not get) was also very polite and helpful. They all went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the facilities, whether we needed any directions or tours, and offering us umbrellas for all the (unusual!) rain. It was our little haven in the chaos of the city! The location was great for us, we enjoyed staying in Getsemani and the walk over to the old city. The rooms have everything you need and are quite spacious. The breakfast was delicious!

Being on top floor the shower often had no water due to lack of pressure when being used by many. Direct location was a bit daunting but you can see that with more development that is going on it will be great.

All the staff were very accomodating and helpful espesically the two reception desk staff Jessid and Hidy. They made our holiday.

Everything was great!

Excellent hotel with a great host and hostess. Very helpful! The hotel is on the outskirts of the Getsemani district. All action is nearby, but it is quiet at the hotel. Fine roof terrace with beautiful view and delicious bubble bath. In short, a must!

great location, very quaint and cute. close to everything but not in the overcrowded tourist area. I stayed in this area and all right in the old town. I loved this location so much better. lots of really cute cafes, restaurants, and shops without wall to wall people. it only took about 15 min if you want to walk to the Old Town.

The staff were wondeful and super friendly! Breakfast on the terrace was breathtaking and the room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to downtown for everything to be within walking distance, but also located in a more relaxed neighborhood where things are calmer (even though the streets are still lively at night). I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, not in a noisy area but close to all the great Getsamani sights and the awesome Castillo de San Felipe. Staff were all amazing: friendly, helpful, kind, attentive. Lovely cleanliness and nice amenities throughout. Wish we’d clocked on to the fact that you can have breakfast on the roof overlooking the Castillo - it’s a lovely spot.
