Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

-staff were quite rude at times especially in the restaurants - ordered a vegetarian burger and got a chicken burger (lucky I checked) -wifi was very poor advertised as okay it was not good - music was blaring from restaurant /hostel next door until after 12pm which was so annoying we could not sleep -no views from the hostel

No privacy curtains on the beds, bathrooms not clean a lot of the time, breakfast was poor- just eggs and one small slice of fruit, not really a hostel vibe at all, Wi-Fi was awful (I don’t know how they can advertise it as a co working space). Guests have no access to a kitchen. The hostel has potential but a lot of things need addressing.
The pool and hang out areas are great, air con in the room worked well

Very lovely and very well maintained little oasis in tropical Minca. The place is beautiful with lots of areas to chill, lay in the sun or have a drink. There is a warm jacuzzi, a big pool to swim and direct access to the river for those who prefer a dip in natural waters. You can tell the staff works really hard to keep everything clean, keep the plants green and to help out guests at any time. I very much enjoyed it.

There was a problem that the local people do not clean mangos from the grass. I had tu change my camp because it smelled like …. When I told them, they change my camp. It became a little better but you can see everywhere Mangos on ground and after 10+days when they start dissolving, you can imagine how it smells and looks…. I really don’t understand what is so hard to clean. In 10minutes it’s done The other disadvantage is that the place itself is pretty expensive ( 8k for club colombia ).

I read reviews about staff playing their music but I saw a guest asking for it to be switched off and it went off immediately.
This is a fantastic place to stay; colourful and very chilled with a swimming pool and so many sitting areas. A good place to relax after one of the waterfall hikes. We loved walking to breakfast through the lovely gardens with butterflies everywhere and the staff were constantly cleaning. We also played table tennis and there was a pool table.

this is a great place for families, there were loads of kids and a playground. very oriented to families.

The breakfast wasn’t the best.
Great location by the river, walking distance into Minca. Pool, bar, spa and other facilities were really nice. Room has AC as well which was great.

Other guests were partying by the hotel’s pool. After midnight my boyfriend went to the reception to complain about the noise… We went to the middle of the jungle to have rest and conect to the nature. I understand that the music and dance is part of the columbian culture but there are also foreigners who would like to sleep.

The room is over priced, I booked the deluxe double with terrace and it does not come with a terrace, very misleading. The hotel needs maintenance and the bar didn't have most of the cocktails. The food is horrible.
The garden is the only good thing about this hostel.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Temperature dropped in the night and only a sheet provided so woke several times shivering and also the lights were on all night right outside window above the door. The breakfast not ready until almost 8 so waited a while

Nothing. just be mindful that some neighbors tend to have parties but don’t let yourself bullied into sleeping in loud noise, just tell the staff to have the neighbors turn the music down. It worked for us twice and we managed to have a good night sleep.
The property is advertised as a glamping place but it’s more like a resort with rooms and tents and a lot of communal areas to chill and/or socialize. The tents that they are renting are actually these super cute wooden huts with comfortable beds. you can hear the sound of the river flowing behind the huts and is creating a very peaceful atmosphere. We met a lot of people at the property and could enjoy food and drinks from their local bar and restaurant. Location wise it is 15min walk from Minca but there is also a shortcut that gets you into town in less than 10min or you can always hail for a moto to bring you. We also took a chocolate tour and the tour guide, Eduardo, who’s also working at reception was really great, we had an amazing time, it was informative and overall an adventure.

a few things really disappointed us with this property. The wifi was awful, we couldn’t get any signal from our room. The morning we were due to leave we woke up to all our clothes and bag soaking, there were gaps between the bottom of the walls and the floor. Be aware- the room was listed as having a private external bathroom, but you actually share between 3 rooms.
lots of communal spaces, the pool looked nice. There was a cute dog, the staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. The aircon was strong and there was a TV.

Electricity was spotty. Booking.com said there was like one room left and in fact the entire place was empty. There were workers fixing the property. That was about it.
