The room was cold, there was an extra blanket in the room which I had to use. No kettle in the room. There was no boiling water available, only tepid water that the staff got for us from a water machine.

The aesthetic of the hotel was pleasing, and the location was in a safe and nice neighbourhood close to lots of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was divine!. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I wished there was a desk in the room. Some table to work at or put some of my things on. I also would have liked to have a big mirror in the room to see myself top to bottom.

Breakfast a bit lacking of a touch. when in the 5th floor, you can hear all the noise from The terrace above, including permanent moves of chairs and tables (you can put some anti noise pad under each of them :))

The bathroom is chic, but simply too dark and therefore unfunctional. An additional lamp would be extremely helpful for shaving, for example. The selection at breakfast was quite limited and only complete if you arrive early.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood of Bogotá, with many good restaurants and cafés in the area. The decor is extremely tasteful and breakfast is served on the roof terrace. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

If I had to list something I'd say the safe was difficult to use, and it would be helpful if the bathroom had better lighting or a make-up mirror.

Hotel Coco was great! The front desk provided a WhatApp number we could contact them on and they were quick at answering any questions that we had. They booked my car to and from the airport. They are super efficient and easy to communicate with. The breakfast on the roof is great! I also loved the decor. The room was also very comfortable! If you can, try to request a room facing the street.

I stayed for 2 nights when I arrived to Colombia. Hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant and the bar was closed. But the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was one of the most beautiful breakfasts I have seen. And very delicious. Room was comfortable and I liked the area. I would stay there again.

Maybe a gym inside the hotel would have been great.

Our room was exceptional, definitely recommend the room with the pool. It was great to chill in the evening or early morning in the pool. The hotel has an excellent location, it is quiet and you can rest without problem during the nights. Still being in Zona G, there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff was also nice and willing to help. A great experience if you are few days in Bogota :)

The only small improvement I could suggest would be to upgrade the mattress for even more restful nights. However, this minor detail didn't detract from the overall wonderful experience at Hotel Coco.

The breakfast offered at Hotel Coco was simply delicious! With a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets, I started each day feeling energized and satisfied. The location of Hotel Coco couldn't have been more perfect. Situated in the heart of the city in Chapinero, I was within walking distance of numerous restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore and experience everything the area had to offer.

Room was super cool design. Bathroom and shower super stylish with great shower/water pressure. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great—so much amazing local fruit, fresh scrambled eggs cooked to order, and fresh juices on an awesome rooftop. Bed was really comfortable and nice linens. Great location between tourist attractions further south and other cool neighbourhoods to north.

The price for the laundry service for hotel guests was incredibly high. We have received much more reasonable prices in other hotels in Colombia.

The walls were quite thin which wasn't ideal but after two weeks traveling in Colombia this seems to be pretty common in many places I stayed.

Loved so many things about this hotel, beautiful design, welcoming staff, comfy beds and nice shower, great location and also early check-in if you have any early flight (my flight got in at 6am)

Awesome location in a trendy neighborhood of Bogota with plenty of food options. The coffee shop across the street was our favorite even after a coffee tour across Bogota. Also the breakfast at the hotel rooftop was one of my favorite hotel breakfasts I’ve had so far - the selection of tropical fruits rivals any fruit market in town and the views are spectacular. The staff were friendly and gave us good tips for where to go and how to get there.

Sometimes a bit noisy: you can hear your neighbors opening /closing their room door

What to start with? Everything at Coco Hotel was beyond our expectations. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it a lot. The staff is amazing, friendly and very professional, from the reception downstairs with Laura to the rooftop. Breakfast buffet was delicious offering all kind of healthy fruits Colombia has and a variety of salty/sweet delicacies. We appreciated very much the dedication and smile of Lili who brought us eggs and coffee every morning. The location is perfect, in a safe neighborhood and nearby very good restaurants. You feel at home in the building and in the room. The room is equipped of everything you need and if not, you can ask for it easily. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Hotel Coco is at the very top of our list when back to Bogota!

The hotel was noisy and room noise insulation can be qualified as non-existent (i.e. we could hear our neighbours having a conversation). A point of attention for somebody who is looking for a quiet stay.

A well-located hotel in a safe neighbourhood of Bogota. Lots of restaurants and cafes are available in the area. Excellent breakfast with an incredible choice of fruit.
