Breakfast is very good but essential and coffee is not at the level you would expect in Colombia ;). But it is not a great deal to be honest. Definitely worth staying

I will never stay on the 2nd floor- lobby noise was heard throughout the night, poor sleep from interior room. My first stay we were on the 4th floor, exterior room- no lobby noise, great sleep!

It doesn´t have a hair dryer, I asked for one but it didn´t work very good. The location of the Hotel is in an area that is doesn´t look very safe, specially during the nights. The street in front of the hotel it´s somehow noisy around rush hours.

The room was large and very comfort, clean and with a small freeze with some goodies. Enough space to place the baggage. It has a safe box, tv work very good, and the staff was very kind.

the Wi-Fi did not work so good in some rooms, but because of that they moved us to a different room which worked a bit better. Also, the noise from the street is insane! even on weekends and from the 6th floor you can hear every car passing. they should invest in noice cancelation. in the family room, they should add sun blockers for the childrens room

They were a persistent problems with the door opening key card. It never worked even after being replaced. The attendant would have to accompany me to the room to open the door. Also, I had a guest come and they charge me an overnight

The bathroom was not good. The showerhead sprayed water in many different directions and had low water pressure. It also ran out of hot water very quickly. The toilet did not have good water pressure and became clogged easily even if you did not put any paper in it. The faucet leaked and water collected around the basin. We were happy to have a mini fridge, but it leaked water onto the floor. It was loud because the room was not insulated well from outside noise

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were so helpful with changing our room and making sure that we got a taxi when we needed one. Room was very large and excellent if you have a family or many people staying together as there are many beds in one room. The mini fridge was useful.

The location is across the parking and it is quite laud. The photos are old, hotel is in the worst condition, but clean. For hot water in the shower u need to wait. Internet was good

I did not like the location. The online reviews said it was in the middle of everything but really this hotel is on a very lonely street - we did not feel comfortable going outside at night. It is close to everything but you need to walk a few minutes down a very lonely street.

I liked the breakfast - it was made to order each morning in the cutest breakfast room. We got a suite and having the sitting room was a nice break each morning. I like that they also have a restaurant so you can have dinner there if you want to,

The rooms are not even like they showed in the pictures. The room service is too slow. We asked for toilet paper and towels, and both times, we waited for more than four hours. The wifi is terrible, we used our own internet all they way long
