The unit that I was in, needed some upkeep/ remodeling. Old closets and kitchen. The closets didn’t look clean, maybe because they are quite old. Some of the plugs are kind of loose so the charger will fall off. The kitchen’s utensils and pots and pans need to be restocked with some new things. They are quite sparse even if two persons would rent the unit. The bathroom toiletries also very very sparse. 3 little soaps and two satchels of shampoo for 8 days. No hair dryer. The Booking details explained differently. Towels were quite old but clean. I think they could be better stocked

It is like a small citadel with a central patio and three restaurants, cafe,and bar inside.it also has a small capilla with daily masses. And other perks. There are two Apartments for rent companies, the hotel and private property. Also just across the street there was a very good mall: Unicentro which had nice brands of stores and plenty of good eateries and a supermarket. It felt a safe environment .

this was a great place to stay. however, if you are wanting to have a good sleep before taking a flight at 6 am on January 1st don’t stay here on December 31st. They have a big end of year party that goes until 4 am. we did not sleep at all that day. also, if you bring a car, they have security guards that will ask you the same questions every time you enter the garage and when you exit as well. even if they have seen your face many times. it gets annoying.

the apartment had an awful smell coming from the bathroom, I couldn’t figure out which drainage was the one but it was very uncomfortable at the point we had to close the door at all times and open windows of the bedroom even at night to avoid having that smell all over the apartment.

The property was a dream! It was clean, located in a beautiful part of town, and easy to walk to and from. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was an amazingly charming stay!

I got the same room as 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately no improvement at all, poor equipment in the kitchen, poor breakfast, cold shower. On the contrary, this time there was no hair dryer in the room. And the courtyard was extremely noisy at 5.30 and again at 6.30h AM with a group of youngsters shouting and preparing to go on some sort of excursion.

it looks and feel a bit Neglected. The apartment need to be renovated. The appliances doesn’t work. The common areas are looking old and lacking of maintenance.

Booked for arrival and departure from Colombia, on arrival everything was great, on departure they gave my room to someone else. Almost impossible to get another place while stuck on the street in Bogota at night with a cat and child, unacceptable with the insecurity in the city.

Well, the appartement might have been nice 10 years ago. The mattresses are outdated, many things are not working (lamps), the breakfast is a lost of money. Also, for those sensitive like me, there is a lot of light in the room in the morning. Light that you will be missing in the bathroom. Ever tried to shave in the dark?

The security and the area are really nice. The staff is also generally very nice and helpful.
