This place is a gem! Multi-generational house that Eduardo converted into a guest house. The place is amazing, clean, comfortable and the surroundings just beautiful. Nothing to do with an ordinary hotel where you are just a room number. Eduardo knows everyone's name and is offering a great and personalized service! We were 2 families and stayed for 3 days, the locations is perfect distance for all the activities in the area. In the evening, the kids enjoyed the pool or the spa and the massages were divine even for the kids, they loved being covered in chocolate at the end! Eduardo helped us with transportation, diners orders, reservations, recommandations and even dealt with the air company when our luggage got lost! (our Spanish is pretty basic). I know that the area has a great deal of places to stay but I wouldn't hesitate to got back again and again! Thank you for the great time and the memories Eduardo!!!

A little far from eating establishments but the owner provided us with the perfect service of being able to order from different establisments and serve it in their eatery.

The staff and owner were exceptionally hospitable we felt at home. The bed was very comfy.

Great staff, nice breakfast with fresh juice, fruits and eggs. A beautiful garden with Mandarine trees, lots of birds to watch and a really nice pool and soccer area for the kids. The kind owner Eduardo welcomed us warmly and had lots of tips for tours, food or dinner options etc. We would definitely recommend the Hotel and come back.

Eduardo is an amazing host. He is always ready to give information about the area and help out if needed. The vegetarian pizza was amazing. The jacuzzi and spa are welcome after a days hike.

This is a great place to relax for a few days. Only 10 minutes by Uber (3 USD) to the center of Pereira and it is one big garden! Eduardo is a great host and the staff is very attentive and nice. A guest house is I think the best way to describe this place: 7 rooms with a nice private bathroom and a queen size comfortable bed, minibar and safe. Complete. The place has a great pool, with relax beds. Be aware: the sun is sharp in this part of the world! Every morning a specially prepared breakfast with eggs, bread, fruits, coffee and chocolate, juices. Served at the table with a smile. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room are available on request for a few hours of relaxing. The place also offers massages. For lunch or dinner you can order pizzas and lasagnas, or you choose from the menus of several restaurants in the neighborhood, and Eduardo and his staff arrange it all, just a message on whatsapp is enough.

You need a car if you're staying at Cotinga as there is no public transportation and not much within walking distance.

Lovely place with great atmosphere and nice facilities, perfect for a family stay. The owner (Eduardo) is super helpful and takes care of his guests very well. Great location for day trips with driver Alejandro, who is super nice, very knowledgeable and extremely reliable.

Amazing place to relax around Eje Cafetero region! Eduardo and his whole staff team was so kind attentive to our needs, specially with our dog. Also, the spa experience was wonderfull, with full package of massages available with reasonable additional cost.

The hotel is on a tight corner with closed gates. There were a lot of barking dogs all night. Some of the spa facilities were having maintenance which was a shame, but shows they are putting money into it.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing. The coffee massage was definitely unique.
