We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MaltaThe Hotel needs to ensure to equip the rooms for disable people as most of the room don't have the handles to hold when using the toilet. when booking online the description of the room should include details on whether the room has the facilities for a disable person. for the price of the hotel , the breakfast buffet should have more variety as the selection was limited.
Although at the arrival , the room provided did not meet the requirements for a disable room , the manager of the hotel, provided us with a room equipped for a disable person. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

ItalyThe quality and variety of breakfast did not satisfy me. It was not in line with what an international hotel of this level (5 stars) should offer. There was a lot of local food. Not bad, but far away from the typical American Breakfast (eggs & bacon). Most of the bread (excluding toast) was sweet. The windows of the room are not double-glazed, so there is neither insulation from the noise (the main road in front of the hotel is busy 20 hours a day) nor from the external heat (air conditioning always on).
Large and bright room (no. 1411), extremely comfortable bed, functional furnishings, bathroom with rain shower. Internally well soundproofed rooms. Very quick and well managed elevators. Location is perfectly downtown. The free Wi-Fi is very powerful and has always been very stable in any area of the hotel (from the room to the business area lounges). The Hotel is absolutely well structured to manage highly relevant business events.

The room was very spacious, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining and cleaning the room daily. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.
