Dorm rooms can be warm. Had to ask reception to change temperature on the air con which they did.

Facilities are excellent. Great privacy in the dorm rooms. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are excellent. Laundry given in at 7pm and ready for 9am the next morning before check out. Social area is fantastic and there is a great range of snacks available. Receptionists were always there to answer any questions and give advice and tips.

The wifi area should be more comfortable, put some cushions. And some air fresheners for the rooms they smelled awful. It would be nice for the beds to have a little light. You can hear all the noise from the streets like it's right next to your ear.

The only window in the room is to the hallway so you have to keep the curtains closed all the time if you don’t want everyone to see to your room (= no daylight). They mixed my booking with someone else and I almost had to pay twice (they charged my card and made me pay in cash), if I didn’t notice it myself and complained.

I had private room, the bed was big and comfy, air con was nice. The breakfast was great and affordable (12.000). Good location, next to Marsol and buses to the airport, and close to the historic centre.

The shared bathrooms were not always clean. Often people from other areas of the hotel would use the bathrooms for the private rooms and this meant waiting or having to go to the large bathroom for the dormitory part.

Breakfast was 12,000 pesos extra, but it was fine. There was waffles, eggs, toast available. The aircon in the private room was excellent.

Breakfast is good. The hostel is nicely furnished and maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had an injury, they advised me which medical center to visit and they lent me crutches.

This hostel is located in an unsafe area of the town thus once it’s dark it’s recommended to take a taxi to get home which I thought was a pain to always be aware of that. Although staff was really nice and friendly they messed up my reservation when I wanted to extend over whatsapp. I thought I was doing them a favour without the fees of booking but turns out it would have been the safer option.

The hostel itself seems pretty new, is really prettily furnished and decorated and the bathrooms are always clean. The temperature in the dorms was great. It’s also a quiet place to hang out although common areas could be comfier. Staff is generally really friendly!

At night it is not recommended to walk the main street next to the hostel as it is very empty (though I did without knowing) I wish the breakfast had a vegan option..

I only stayed for one night arriving quite late. The hotel is very basic in terms of decor but has everything you need. I loved the very large bathroom and kitchen area. The location was right where the bus stops so that's why I chose it.
