- property has a mould problem which will only get worse & may make people sick if goes untreated. - I had a dorm room with no windows - I would pay for a rooms with windows if I was to stay again. - wish there were female dorms (at least I couldn't see if there was at the time of booking)

- pools and lounge area, plenty of space to always relax - quite at night - great location close to the beach - friendly staff - delicious food - more like a hotel than a hostel - great stay!

We stayed in a double room. It was alright but the noise in the night from the open area was something that the hotel staff should have dealt with.

There was no reason until late at night. The shower had problems with pressure. staff was good most of the time but somtime it had little patience

The bathroom was always flooded The beach club was renewing and a lot of noising during the day close to the pool

I like the structure of the beach club, especially the pool. During some days the staff organized some games which was really fun and close the guests

The staff from the swimming pool bar wasn't really friendly. Construction workers are building an elevator and also renewing many parts of the hostel, so currently, there is some loud noise and dirt around the area.

Great location, close to the airport, beach, and downtown. Diego, from the reception, was really a friendly guy, giving us a lot of help. The Cafe and restaurant have good meals. The swimming pool is clean and relaxing.

Assigned a third floor room that required carrying a stroller up two flights of stairs multiple times per day (the elevator was being installed). The superior three (1 quuen bed and 1 twin) was not like photos. ( A large pillar was in center of room). Tried to get another room, but, apparently, nothing better available. No refrigerator in room (not a standard in San Andreas I guess ...) Did not use the bathroom sink drawer as it was filthy and, broken.

The location is very walkable ... beach, good restaurants, shopping. The pool areas were clean and enjoyable. Kitchen staff was very accomodating to special needs (made soup for infant with supplies provided). The daily room cleaning staff were very good at cleaning and tidying room - it was always nice to return to a clean room.

Yes, a very enjoyable experience. The room was great with hot water shower. The pools were brilliant with a pool bar. The staff are very helpful especially Valerie, Diego and Wendy. They provided all solutions to what was needed. I think they all read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. 🙏 The breakfast was fabulous 👌

Room did not have any windows. You cannot control the AC yourself so the AC is always on and thus also the very bright light of the AC which is annoying at night.

Bed was very comfortable and the facilities are really nice with swimming pool, relaxing beds, games like chess, pool, ping pong etc. the breaksfast possibilities are also decent. Every room has its own spacious bathroom.

The "Island-hopping" trip sold by reception was a big disappointment - the boat was not in a good state, the organisation was chaotic, and the lunch restaurant was grim. The boat driver only spoke in very rapid Spanish. The other big downer is the music at the bar. It is *deafening*, all the time, regardless how many people are there. Totally put me off spending time there, and is one of the reasons I have no idea of the names of any of the staff there. Read the room, or maybe let people request music to play, and turn the volume down to a level where it is actually possible to hear someone speak at the bar. Also, be aware - the air-con in the dorms runs for limited hours only, and if you are in one of the pods by a window far from the door (which the unit sits above), it may end up being rather stifling. And some bits of some rooms (notably the bathrooms) are starting to show signs of wear and tear, and could do with running repairs.

Staff are excellent - special mention to Raquelle and the ladies on front desk, and to Wendy and Alexia on the activities side. The pools are lovely and refreshing, and the swim-up bar is great. The dorm beds are solid pods, and the a/c is good, when it is running. Lots of covered space to chat, eat and there are pool tables as well. The location is very convenient to the airport (about 10 minutes to walk!) and a few minutes to walk to a beach.

Not a negative comment but just a note for solo travelers. The hotel didn’t seem very social, but it was maybe the time of the year. Still managed to connect with other people.

Stayed in different rooms at Dreamer for a week and always felt good in each accommodation, from smaller to bigger dorms. I have even had a dorm all for myself one night. The facilities are new and nice, the staff very present and helpful, great pool, nice restaurant. I would come back.

The staff could have let us check in our room a little bit early rather than make us wait 2 hours until 3pm, it was obvious the cleaners had finished cleaning most of the rooms before 3pm and we felt the staff could have been more accommodating by giving us a room. The service for drinks and food around the bar area and the pool area restaurant was painfully slow that in the end I wouldn’t order anything there.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at! Comfortable room. Beds with individual curtains for more privacy. Air conditioning 24/7. Super spacious outdoor area and two fantastic pools. After check out, they change your wristband so you can continue to enjoy the outdoor area without any problems. The staff is fantastic!

I think the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner. At the same time, it’s not the fault of the cleaners, as there were 9 other people staying in the room (I stayed in a dormitory). I would’ve liked hot water when it comes to taking a shower, as the rooms can get quite cold due to the AC at night.

The restaurant is incredible, the food is so tasty and I really recommend the pasta and the pizza. After 2 months of travelling in Colombia, missing Italian food, this restaurant satisfied every need. I liked the pool facilities, the attentive staff and the location. Very good for women traveling alone, as I felt safe walking at night to and from the hotel.

sound until midnight could be a problem for someone...The amenities could be better as well. There is not a refrigerator in the room.

Location and service are incredible. Pool is very nice and there is party until midnight. The coffee is not included but it was cheaper and in a place beside the hotel, and you even pass through it to get the another street.
