You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe check in process was a nightmare- it took 2 hours which is unacceptable. It's a block of apartments so there's no staff per se, just front desk staff who serve the entire block (which includes Enjoy In). They had to phone a hotel man to say I arrived, he had forgot to email the from desk staff to expect me, you can only pay with Colombian cash so I had to walk 1 mile each way to the nearest Davivienda bank. I arrived at 3pm and didn't enter my room until 5pm. It was a nightmare after a long flight. I didn't see any staff from Enjoy In my entire stay- just the front reception staff for the block. Besides the check in process, it was a pleasant stay.
you have a whole apartment to yourself so it's spacious, good view with a balcony, there's a swimming pool and a gym (although almost no weights- it's better joining a local Smart Fit gym).

NetherlandsIt was a pleasant stay. That said, and just like other guests have mentioned, the lack of clear check-in instructions made the arrival uncomfortable. One does not get a QR code, nor an apartment number. One needs to wait for the front desk people to say hi and explain the whole thing. Once one is in the apartment, everything is smooth.
The apartment looks just like the pictures. The building is brand new, it has a pretty fast lift and a great view from the gym. The host was responsive and accommodating when I asked him for a small favor regarding the check-out time.
