The location was good but not super close to all activities.

Tea or coffee was always available. The facilities were spotless. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was safe. The bathroom was spacious.

Breakfast didn't include many vegan/dairy-free options. Would be great to have non-dairy milks and a better selection of food for various requirements. Would love to have better lighting in the rooms - softer orange lighting.

Excellent, The room is great, the bed very comfortable. Friendly staff, great restaurant downstairs and the location is in the center of Chapinero with a lot of bars, restaurant very close within walking distance.

The room was a little hot. They provided a fan but it was a bit stuffy still. The rooms are a little loud because you have to keep the window open to stay cool.

Friday night drag show, amazing staff, great breakfast and the location is unbeatable.

My window was facing courtyard. It didn't open full so it was hard to ventilate the room. The bathroom fan was very loud. The bathroom is separate by a glass wall and curtains from the rest of the room, I stayed in the room alone but it could be an issue for some.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. The stuff is extremly nice and helpful. They help in everything you need - even if it’s very difficult:-) the room was big, fully equiped (it was rather an apartament then the hotel room) and the bed was extremly comfortable. Good value for the money with a good breakfast. The street gets a little noisy so it's better to close the window overnight. The staff is very nice and helpful with good English skills.

For us, Chapinero was a bit inconvenient as first time visitors, and you might feel bit isolated here.

Well appointed, big room (albeit spread across two levels with a tiny spiral staircase). Ready for our arrival in the middle of the night which was welcome. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was pretty sparse. They cooked eggs to order which I liked but very little else and very few options.

Great location. Safe and close to a great plaza, restaurants, shops. First night I had a suite. I was not comfortable with the staircase. Staff changed my room to standard second night and it was excellent.

The team was really great. The hotel is very chic and the location is great. I can really recommend it. However, if you're expecting a luxury hotel, it's not. But the atmosphere is great. Only the coffee in the morning could be better. Just invest in a good coffee machine to enjoy the great Colombian coffee.

Great room, very modern and comfortable. Good area with plenty around, eateries, bars, statues etc. Its a cool area. Good staff and everything smooth and easy. Theres a nice chill area which I had a good rest for a few hours before my flight at night. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Great value for money.

Everything!! The facilities are great, the location is super handy and safe, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff are amazing!! Special shout-outs go to Antonio for the delicious breakfasts, Luis for his can-do approach, and to my favorite, Andrea, who is a really valuable asset to the hotel, a lot of knowledge, and has a fantastic attitude towards helping, facilitating and making guests feel Comfortable. Kudos to all.

The staff are so helpful, nothing is too much. They helped me with laundry and printing off a bus ticket and providing a lamp for my room so I could adjust the brightness as overheads are too harsh for me. The rooms are uniquely decorated and the showed lovely and hot :)
