They charge 5% for card payments which is a violation of Colombian law, however the reception did not care. Also, the trash cans in the bathrooms are not being emptied sufficiently.

Generally, I can recommend the hostel. Nice bar, good location and valuable fare.

The room is a bit noisy as per my experience. The bedsheets are a bit old.

The price per night is amazing, and the value for money is great. The location is amazing as it is right at the city centre and close to tourist attractions. The neighbourhood is safe. The room is comfortable and clean. The wi-fi is okay. The staff is nice and friendly.

-Our room faced the street which could get crowded. I closed the windows at night, but that made it super stuffy.

-The location was perfect in Candelaria -The facilities were nice -- there were shared bathrooms as well as the ensuite ones. -They had a common kitchen. -Nice lounge areas. -Staff were super helpful.

The bathrooms are tiny, which can be a real problem for bigger people

Excellent location and friendly staff. There is a 24-hour reception, and they were happy for me to use the common areas, have a shower and leave my bag before check-in and after checkout, which is great if you are arriving early and leaving late. There are common spaces to meet other travellers. The hostel is reasonably clean, there are curtains, individual lights and a socket by each bed.

The staff were not very welcoming. We rung the doorbell multiple times when we arrived, only to be let in by another guest. Once we went inside we saw that 3 members of staff were sat behind the desk, and not one of them even acknowledged our existence for at least 3 minutes. Not a great first impression. I also didn't feel very safe walking around the area at night.

The hostel was huge and had quite a lot of chill areas. The rooms and bathrooms seemed pretty clean.

A very central hostel, with everything you need for cooking, always clean, a good Internet connection and staff who are always ready to help. Special mention to Jason, Emmanuel and Gabrielle, I'm going to miss you!

The personal stuff was really kind. Lovely areas to relax in the Hostel. They arrange coffee and graffiti tours which are very interesting. Join them! It was a pleasure to stay!

The only window in the room was not a real window as it was not on the open air but in the sharèd area... so no fresh air....

Perfect location, in the middle of candelaria..everything at walking distance... very kind stuff, they ate always there for you and glad to help you with everything! Thank you for everything!!!!

Absolutely 10/10 Hostel!! The boys at the reception were so welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. Modern facilities, very well kept and cleaned regularly. This place was hands down one of the best hostel experiences myself and my partner stayed at.

It's located in the heart of Candelaria, and thus very close to the top attractions like Plaza Bolivar or Museo Botero. The staff is incredibly helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Their have a nice bar with an outdoor area that is a perfect place to hang out with the other guests. A very good price-to-quality ratio.

The hostel staff was very nice and helpful, also there was someone at the entrance 24/7. Everything was clean, the kitchen could be used by everyone and all the people were very chill. They have this net kind of thing where you can rest/sleep a little while you wait for a night bus/flight while you don't have a room. Great hostel 👍🏽

Showers and toilets a little cramped and the low door height was a bit strange.

Comfy bed, really nice helpful staff, great location and seemed a good place to meet people. I only stayed one night and couldn't book an extra night which I would've liked.
