Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice common area to have a drink, chat with other travellers or just chill. We stayed in a small hut that was very comfortable considering you're in the middle of nowhere. We even had our own terrace. They take good care of the place and the gardens. IMO much better than the Pelican where we'd spent a few nights before..

ColombiaThe included breakfast was a bit poor, tiny bit of eggs and a small piece of bread, not toasted or so. No fruits, no Juice or something, only coffee and compared to all other hostels we were in were we had breakfast included, this one was by far the only one that disapointed. The Host is really nice and helped us with everything we needed. The older Woman that worked there was not so friendly and we felt a bit unwelcomed.
Dinner was really good, the cabaña is small but really cute and was very clean!

PolandThey organise boat trips to watch whales, but I was a bit dissapointed they didn't warn us that it's almost end of the season and there is a high chance we won't see any whales. We spent like 3 hours on a boat and saw just a tail of a whale, but still had to pay to full price for the trip... At least we got a lunch for free.

NetherlandsMislead by the reviews, we unfortunately booked 3 nights at this place. The facilities are basic but fine for the price, no different from any of the other hostels. The main problem is the owner, he is very pushy and when you don't book overpriced tours with him he will ignore you. Breakfast was available only at 08:00 but the owner tries to get us on tours already at 07:00. When saying I want the tour to start a bit later the owner just laughs at me in the face. He even chased us on his motorbike in the city to get us to eat at his place. The owner generates a very unpleasant atmosphere which led us to go to other places to hang out. We literally only came back at night to go to bed and left the place again when we woke up. Extremely toxic atmosphere. Just avoid this place, especially if you are not a local. There are plenty of other good options in town to enjoy your well-deserved vacation.

GermanyGreat staff, but sadly the owner ruins the ambient by overly arrogant behavior. Additionally, our room of 4 persons was overbooked 2 nights out of 3, so instead of 4 people we were 7. Apparentely, this seems to be Common practice, which we found out by talking to other guests who e.g.booked private rooms (with private baths) but were put into a dorm. There was no explanation or apology of the owner. What was even worse, we and all others had to pay the prince displayed on our respective booking reservations. Reducing the price to the real number of people in the room would have been adecuate. Since the hostel situation was rather tough in high season, it seems that the owner can do whatever he wants. The owner pressurs you to book tours via the hostel. We declined, which led to him ignoring us until departure. We have no information about the tours. They might be fine but due to the overbooking we did not what give him more money than necessary.
