We were sad we couldn't stay for longer!

We haven't a negative thing to say about this hostel! It was fantastic value for money, comfy and has lots of chill areas. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Excellent location and helpful staff. Rapid laundry services. Quiet time from 10pm was adhered and meant we had an excellent sleep.

I had a really nice stay at Bambu; good atmosphere, clean and comfortable! I got a private room for the same price because the dorm was full. Stefanie is super friendly and helpful!

A lovely hostel in a great location, hot showers, and comfy beds. The social areas are really nice, and it's super easy to find a group to go hiking, or attend a tour with. The staff who work there are friendly and provide great information. I ended up staying a lot longer than jntended as there was so much to do in San agustin.

The usual dogs barking and roosters but that’s out of their control. Also, the curfew is only somewhat enforced resulting in loud noises past curfew.

Great location close to town, walking distance to several good restatements especially vegetarian/vegan options. Nice social atmosphere on the terrace, great place to meet other travelers.

Never had a free coffee as every day it was already finished before 9 a.m.

A very good hostel, nice building and tastefully decorated with several common area's. The rooftop terrace is comfortable and amazing looking at the west to see the sun go down every day. It has to be silent after 10 p.m. which I really appreciated. Stefany is running the place almost by herself with just some help from 1 local lady and 1 volonteer, she is doing a great job! Luckely volunteer Seph(?) and the lady are doing all they can to support her and so doing a great job as well.

This hostel in San Agustin has so much charm and such a good vibe. It is really easy to socialize while sitting on the rooftop terrace and enjoying a beer all together. They serve schakshouka for breakfast which is absolutely amazing. You will also get complete information about the activities to do nearby. I especially want to thank Stephanie who does an amazing job and makes the stay even more special.

I had a great time at hostel bambu I was there for 10 nights. Staf members are very friendly and helpful! Especially Stephi’ and the owner ! thanks for these lovely days that I had !

The dorm is a little bit cramped with seven beds, and there isn't much space to put your stuff (only a small locker). As with many places noise insulation isn't really a thing, and you can hear the people using the common area from the dorms (most of the time people stop using it after 10:30pm (but not always) and there's noise quite early in the morning too).

Good location close to the center and a few good restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful. Loved the roof terrace with hammocks, lots of comfortable seatings and a swing. There are enough toilets & showers scattered around that you don't have to wait which is great, and they are kept clean. The cats are super cute :)

Everything is perfect! Staff is lovely(flexible and fast replies)! Common areas are very comfortable(hammocks, good view etc.), Breakfast is okay, showers and bathrooms are great, rooms are spacious, small lockers, pull up bar, coffee in the morning, wi-fi is working well, laundry service is easy & everything is very clean :)

Amazing hostel, ideally situated in a calm street, walking distance from the center from where all the buses / jeeps go. Super nice terrace overlooking the city, small kitchen but well-equiped and the beds are super comfy ! The 3 house cats wrap up the cozy atmosphere. Met some amazing people there, definitely a highlight of my trip !

great hostel! very chill and good vibes. bamboo trees everywhere. great kitchen and facilities. very comfortable beds. great rooftop with good view good wifi it is also quiet at night. you can even win free services by commenting on an online platform and spinning a wheel. super cool concept
