We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt isn't possible to drive to hostel. You must carry your luggage about 50 yards. That may matter to some people. Loud music from other places until late at night.
It's not like a regular hostel in some respects. There is no front desk. I had a key to my room and a key to the security gate. Cooking for yourself is available, but I mostly ate In restaurants. The air-conditioning was available all the time and worked well. The sea is 100 feet from the gate.

CanadaWe rented two rooms, they were way too hot. One room had no fan but after the second day they were allowed to use the aircon. The aircon was broken in the 2nd room. There was no restaurant during the time we were there and staff was scarce. Unable to use credit cards although it was advertised. Place felt deserted.
Good location. Veranda had a sitting area with a great view.

United KingdomIt's just insanely hot to have a room with a fan. We had to change to air conditioning. It was warmer in the room than outside and the overhead fan did next to nothing.
The manager was nice and friendly and spoke some English. It's right by the beach. Good view and relaxed vibe.

PolandNice hotel close to the main beach, but without the huge noise. The room has a spacious bathroom and air conditioning (a huge plus because Taganga is so hot). There is a patio to spend some time, the beach is 30 seconds and the hotel has an excellent restaurant. you need to try the fish. The staff was very helpful.
