The room was very damp , there was no window. Breakfast was good but it could have some fresh fruit included to be great

Personally, I would not book the single room again. It has no window or ventilation and therefore, nothing dries and the room feels like a sauna (no fan or AC either). On top of this, there are dusty things stored on top of your bed (in a loft) and my eyes literally bugged out of my head every night I slept in the room. I could not use the pillows, as I am pretty sure they are decades old. With a little attention to the single room, it might be more bearable. Otherwise, it is sufficient for a quick night stopover, just not 4. I would absolutely recommend the hostel. Just not the single room.

This is such a sweet little find. The couple that own this hostel are very hard working, patient and kind. The location is amazing. Jardin was my absolute favorite place in all of Colombia. The breakfast is good and appreciated. They were incredibly helpful to get my laundry done (my entire pack) for a very reasonable rate. The in-house cat is adorable. All in all, there is so much to see and do in this area and La Comedia is the perfect place to set off on each and every adventure.

Francisco and Gloria were lovely and helpful, it was very homely and we loved the courtyard with lovely plants where you have breakfast. Breakfast was really nice and they were accommodating when I told them I don’t eat eggs and my partner’s broken Spanish. Location is perfect, very central but not on the main square. Great value for money.

The place is very nice and cozy. Very quiet aswell. The owners of the hostel are so nice and welcoming. They helped us book a trip to a coffee farm and we didn't have to do anything to plan the trip. If we could we would've given them 11/10! They also have a very cute fat cat

Gloria and Pacho were excellent hosts, really enjoyed our time here. Room was clean and hostel very pretty. Well located in the centre of town but not too noisy. Breakfast also very good. Would definitely recommend

Nothing. As above it was noisy at night but that is the vibrancy of Colombia.

Everything. Location - It was a one minute walk from the bus stop, one minute from the square, one minute from our favourite cafe. It can get a bit noisy at night but I think that is Colombia and also you can’t really have a central location without noise. Staff - Gloria and Pancho really made this stay amazing. It is almost like you are staying with family. Gloria was so helpful with suggesting things to do. We had very little Spanish and she was so patient speaking slowly with us. We were all so sad to leave.

The hosts are really lovely people happy to chat, help to organise activities and recommend eateries. The room was really comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Gloria even did some washing for us. We felt like we were staying at mum and dads house:)

You aren't able to use the kitchen at all so if you want to cook your own food, it's not possible (not a major issue as there's great food options in town). The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything.

Great place to stay in jardin. The hosts are really kind and welcoming, they gave great recommendations for food and attractions while in town. The breakfast they cooked each morning was so delicious! The rooms were clean and comfy. The property is right in the middle of town.
