Check in took 30 minutes and also tried charging us more even though we had already paid half. Second day we got back to the hotel and was locked out of our room and on the last morning we was woke up by the cleaning team making too much noise and trying to enter our room at 7am.

Waiters at the bar we're nice and helpful, hotel was nice and in a great place.

The toilet didn't have good water pressure. I had to use a baket to flush the toilet, I called the front desk, and they said sorry nothing we can do that's the way it's is .Cleanliness, the bathroom was dirty, the front desk staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude, especially Daniela

I booked two rooms, but they still charged a very significant amount for the 2 additional people in the room. Also, they charged me for water and food in the room which I did not eat or drink.

Got the hotel room with a Jacuzzi with a view. However, the jacuzzi water was cold, mosquitos everywhere, cold showers, noisy room since the hotel is by the main road and no AC. Overheard another girl say her jacuzzi water is cold too so I’m guessing it’s an ongoing issue.

NOISY. We had to move rooms because our first was right next to the road and we could hear traffic and beeping at all hours. At 8am one day and SIX am another day they had huge events by the swimming pool with loads of noise and loud speakers. At breakfast we could barely hear ourselves think. When the neighbours still had their loud music on at 03:30 I would have called reception, except I reported our phone wasn’t working 2 days earlier and they still hadn’t fixed it. SERVICE Pretty poor. We asked for telephone to be fixed - they sent someone who disappeared without fixing it. We asked for a clean towel - they said yes but no towel appeared. We sat in the restaurant - not once in 1.5 hrs did any staff approach us without us having to find them and bring them over. FACILITIES For some reason the main swimming pool in the photos is only open at weekends. They did manage to find a staff member to come and tell me to get out of the perfectly good pool. SAFETY They seem to think it was ok to have a load of wires and cables traipsing along the floor in the corridor

I couldn't sleep because of too much noise until 4 am. The bathroom smelled. The staff was not attentive at all. When I went to the restaurant, as I was looking around, 10 workers passed by me and no one said hi or can i help you?

It was very loud. It is located right on a main road so there is constant noise from trucks, busses and motorcycles. There is a night club on the lower level so the music and people (in addition to the road noise) made it very difficult to rest. The water is very dirty, it is literally brown and yet the hotel did not offer complimentary water bottles. The staff were neither friendly nor rude. It is located in a very beautiful area and I would love to go back and explore some more but I will stay elsewhere.

It was hard to get the JetSki rental. I think they needed more jet skis. They only had three and when we went there, I was there with two other people we wind up, waiting about one hour, but the jet skis was awesome. The staff there to help you get the JetSki’s was awesome I just feel like maybe they should. I had more than just three maybe have like five or six so it’s a little bit quicker instead of waiting for an hour to get on the JetSki.

Great staff very helpful accommodating I recommend taking the restaurant trip during the evening. It’s great you get dinner you see the sunset and it’s a good time for a great price.

The swimming pool temperature is very cold.

This was our second time we stayed in this beautiful hotel. We liked the staff attention, especially the room service. The junior suite was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with a spectacular view to la Piedra del Peñol. Our favorite part of the hotel is the big jacuzzi with beautiful views also. My mom enjoyed the 'Yate Majestic'. And the location of the hotel is very near and walkable distance to La Piedra.

The lack of staff to assist with loud disruptive partying guess. The room we were in was next to the helicopter pad so during the day we had flying choppers over us. Not a big deal but not peaceful either. However the same night the guest directly above us has a loud party from 9pm to 6 am in the morning with non stop blasting music. The larger issue was all front desk staff goes home in the evening. NO ONE was on the property at 10pm to help us move rooms as an option to escape the noise. There was one security guard left in the night, and 2 kitchen staff. I asked the kitchen to aid and finally when i saw the security he did not help as I asked for assistance at 11pm, 3am, then again at 5am. I went the guest directly as We were there as a family with a child, this was at 3am when guess who? The security guard was bringing them a bucket of ice to keep the party going???? Sighhh, Due to the lack of sleep, we unfortunately had to cancel our excursions due to the all night disruption that we had to deal with. Because the hotel could not accommodate with another room the next day(we were willing to take one of less value) we checked out, as not wanting to deal with the guest above us and suffer another few nights with no staff to assist for the total duration of the stay. The female front desk staff was unprofessional as they laughed while i explained, I also waited 45 min for a manager just to speak over the situation (the girls at the desk forgot to call the manager initially so I had to ask again). I can say The manager Maria R on site was most helpful and professional, however I was still charged in full by the property after promised a full refund. The situation was unfortunate as the location is beautiful. Again the bigger issue is there is a skeleton crew left behind in the evening for such a large sized property, with not one of the crew being able to issue new rooms or aid in the area of hospitality.

The staff at check in and information desk were very rude and unfriendly. They did not greet or say farewell. I had to interrupt their conversation amongst themselves each time I had a question. They make no attempt to help non Spanish speaking guest. As a whole, its not operated very well. If you need a ride or chiva, you have to ask the waiters, who will then call a ride for you. The information desk won't help arrange transportation. Also, the waiters are so busy ordering people rides the won't bring refills. The hours to eat for the all inclusive American package aren't convenient either. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:00am which is hard if you are traveling with kids. You have to beg for coffee if you want it before 8:00 also. No one explains what all there is to do either. Apparently black coffee is free, but the charge for coffee with milk. Also there is no noise curfew. No AC.

The waiters were good, very friendly. The location is perfect. It is very close to El Penon and the town. It has a lot of potential. Beautiful views. The food was good.

- The hotel has two helicopters which fly out from the back garden every 5 minutes. Makes an extem sound and ruining the peace that the area once had. It is unbelievable that this is allowed. This makes the hotel more an industrial airport hotel. - Cheap breakfast, you can only go once and the food is extremely limited. Never experienced that. - Wifi, had no internet for a day

The location between the rock, city and lake is very nice. Most of the staff is friendly and the Jacuzzi with view on the lake is nice. You only have to stop talking every 5 minutes because one of the two helicopters of the hotel is flying over for a 6 minute tour. Making a lot of noise in the whole area.
