La Vaina is a really nice hostel with a nice swimming pool and also a very nice place to meet people. The reception service was also very good Diana and Valentina did a great job!

Another amazing stay at La Vaina. Great hostel at a great location close to salsa schools, restaurants and salsa parties. Nice to chill by the pool in the afternoon. Special thanks to Estefany for all her positive vibes and friendly help and David for the amazing salsa lessons!

The mattress in the private ensuite was not very comfortable. Sometimes the music was too loud in the morning before 10am

The pool was nice, and Diana was so kind and helpful. We loved her!

Mattress was uncomfortable but they said they are being replaced soon. Thin walls overall so it can get loud, bring earplugs.

The hostel is well located in Cali downtown. They offer free salsa an bachata classes and also take people to a very nice night club called La Pergola. Staff was nice and friendly and always willing to help.

I would like to suggest that the pool should be acclimated because after 3 or 4 pm it becomes very cold and it is not comfortable to swim.

It was comfortable and it has many amenities. It has a restaurant and a bar. The food is delicious.

The staff at the hostel were brilliant! Very friendly and accommodating. We arrive at 05:00 and they let us sleep in the hammocks. A lovely open space to chill with beautiful plants.

We loved everything at La Vaina. All the staff was very friendly, letting us to hang out at the pool even after checkout. Also, the breakfast and food at the bar were excellent. It was affordable with great quality. The proximity to the city center, and everything else was a great plus. Additionally, the free yoga class and salsa class were beyond our expectations. The teachers were professional, attentive and friendly. I stayed a few places in Cali, and definitely was the best place to stay!

I didnt like that although before there were organized programmes for the evening, when i was there, they gave only recommendations on where to go. If you r in Cali for the salsa, its essential to find other people to go out together as Cali is not the safest town. So this was a big defect of the place, and inother salsa hostels this worked better...

It s a nice oasis in chaotic Cali with a pool and lots of plants. Very nice atmosphere.
