Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The accomodations felt very peaceful and remote while providing great amenities. The beach bar was so convenient and the restaurant had great portions. The shared showers and toilets were very clean. My boyfriend and I were very impressed and wished we could have stayed longer.

GermanyThere could have been more trash bins, we had to walk and look for the trashbins, I only remember one or those at the toilets. This is not a complain just a remark. The location is more suitable for couples, we (a group of three) had little chance to mingle with others as there were mostly couples. We were recommended to go to seek for more life to "el viajero" a 20 min walk along the beach and there we found more people to interact with. We would however always stay again at Manoush beach.
Great food, drinks the tents are awesome, spacy and has everythig you need to just drop of your bags and run to the beach and admire the coast. Showers and toilets very clean and accessible at first we were skeptic on going out at night to the bathroom but after a couple hours you realice the beach is your home and it just doesnt matter. You become one with the beach after a couple days.

ColombiaBeach is dangerous for swimming but you can organise a tour and hike at Tyrona National Park if you want to swim (3-4hours hike). Bring drinking water or it is available for purchase. Electricity is run by a generator which can mean some interruptions can occur for power or wifi- be ready to switch off from the world around you!
A beach camping resort which is quite isolated with rustic facilities. It was easy to relax with the sound of the waves and the hammocks swinging in the breeze. Shared bathroom facilities are unique with cold water showers. Best accessed by car or bus otherwise it is a hot walk to the local towns. Restaurant food on site is fresh and tasty with good menu options. Price can add up depending on how long you stay. Bring cash if you want to avoid card fees.

SwedenPlease put a sign at the beginning of the road stating “Manoush Beach” otherwise it will be difficult for others to find the place. Also if you could put a stone pedestrian from the bathroom the the rooms, it will be great!
Everything! This place is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere where! Fantastic!!

United KingdomThe coastline is stunning, but the sea here is too rough for a beach holiday. Be sure to pack plenty of mosquito repellent, as they're common in this area.
Beautiful location, helpful and friendly staff (Jose was the star!). Very importantly, great bar and remarkable food especially considering you are literally on a beach. The tents were comfortable, the bathrooms and toilets are outside and shared but there are plenty so never felt like an inconvenience. Oh, and the massage arranged on the beach was awesome!

SwitzerlandThey could improve by having something close to each tent to wash the feet, by having cushions to the sun beds. This said, one understand it is raining season. You should know that you can't exactly swim on the beach ( strong and not very clean because of the rain).
The food of Sandra and Claudia was just amazing. They are the soul of the place. Food and drinks were great. The tents are good as well and it was relaxing to sleep and wake up with the sounds of the wave. The pictures are exactly correct.

UruguayUnbeatable location right on the beach, impressively clean considering that the place offers tents (with proper beds), and showers and toilets are shared. An open-air shower (shower gel is provided) after frolicking in the water was a pleasant experience, and the food is fresh, made from scratch, and very tasty.

United KingdomOur tent no. 0 (Zero) : it is on a small size. And couldn't walk properly as the pallet projected till the entrance of the tent. Mosquitos: pretty sure this is beyond your control. We run out of repellent on the last day and this was a put-off. As long as you're with repellent, you'll be fine. Perhaps, Booking advert should mention that this is a 'must' to bring along.

ColombiaThere are some aspects that could be improved. It would be beneficial to offer more options on the food menu and a greater variety of beverages to better meet the needs of the guests.
Manoush Hostel is an excellent lodging choice, especially if you're looking for a comfortable place near the natural wonders of the region. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after a day of exploring the surroundings. Additionally, the hostel is easy to reach, making arrival and departure convenient. The location is ideal for nature lovers, as it is close to Tayrona Park and Buritaca, offering multiple opportunities to enjoy these impressive natural areas. The nearby beach is very tranquil and easily accessible, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea.
