The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. I had every thing I needed. Parking onsite was convenient and easy to find.

The hours for the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are a little restrictive. Only open from 10am until 7pm. We had tours/activities planned before and after, so weren’t able to use them really.

The breakfast is good but very very small. I don't think it makes the whole experience feel like it's worth the money.

Place lacks maintenance, from simple clean up of spider webs and debris to larger walls with stains and the pool glass/see thru ceiling that has never been cleaned. Further there are light fixtures and others that are clearly broken, rusted, and need replacement like the lights on the massage rooms.

The fireplace did not have a grill, so we spent the whole night thinking that logs could fall onto the room. Vegetarian options in the breakfast menu are absent. We ordered a cheese sandwich off menu, and it came with ham!

It is a shame that such a wonderful hotel is lacking some basic maintenance. With a few touches of paint and some cleaning it would really shine. Pool Area: Overgrown plants are starting to get through the window, the roof needs some cleaning, the pool was not properly cleaned, and it was failing to deliver hot water. Room: In the room's bathroom shower the paint had some mold/fungus build up which should be addressed asap. Pillow were also a bit hard.

Breakfast was really good, location is the best right next to the town's square and lots of restaurants around to choose from. The sauna was really good as well. Staff was great and parking is also a great feature in town.

Given the price, it was disappointing that in our first room the toilet and shower did not work properly, but they did move us. There was also a large meeting in the hotel, which was loud and not the relaxing respite we had hoped for.

The building is historic and the swimming pool was warm.

My room next to staff only door and constantly door banging; I had to yell at one employee for banging the door. Last day, at 7:30am no one was in kitchen or dining room to make or serve breakfast.

terrible noisy. we were waked up at 5:30 am by kids running down the hall outside the room follow by staff talking loudly and radio music that did not stop until we crawl out of bed at 10:30 am.

i had an issue with one of the ladies at the reception because they by mistake charged more in my card. they refunded the money but I didn’t get the whole amount in my account.
