Bathroom is tiny and not minibar. No drinking water . My booking was minibar and safe deposit box.

Communication is very poor. No one speaking English, other than Spanish .

All facilities are too old, bathroom and toilet, and the door......Some reception person cannot speak English and mistakenly misleading us. I just check in it took me 40mins.....And the breakfast is not good.（Sorry forgot the picture）

Location is quite good, near the metro station and the famous square. Besides, The hotel is a separated building.

The neighborhood and sorroundings are really insecure full of junkies. Also, next to the hotel there are several bars playing loud music until 3 am.

The entire staff was lovely and always willing to help.

The room was a bit dirty. The AC didn't work, so the temperature at night was at 26.5 Celsius, and you couldn't even open the windows. I called several times to fix the AC, and I was told to be patient that it would work eventually. It never worked, nor did they want to switch me to another room. So far, it's the worst hotel I've been to in Colombia.

everything, service rooms showers with lots of rust. leaking AC beds were nasty just everything was disgusting. My kids and i were too tired to try to find an alternative MOTEL.

I liked Nothing about this hotel. It is a vary old hotel and the appearance of it does make it seem very old. Nothing has been taken care of at all. You should conserve the beautiness of what used to be this hotel. Now its just a night MOTEL look. NOt recommended at all.

The location is straight out of a nightmare. Mega dangerous at night, extremely noisy, behind the hotel the area is FULL of homeless people, drugs, prostitution and trash. Please get a taxi to the hotel as soon as the sun goes down and do not leave the hotel at night. This is not the hotel's fault but please be aware of the situation in the immediate surroundings. When we checked in we left our key in reception to not lose it outside and when we came back at night we asked for it back and the night shift employee just gave it to us without asking for any names or ID which seems like an extremely unsafe practice. When one of the employees led us to our room the air-conditioning didn't work and we informed him this would not be OK he mentioned there was a fan in the room which would certainly not be enough. They only thought about giving us a new room/the room next door when we said this would not be acceptable however we appreciated that they changed our room.

The employees in general were very nice! Camila (don't remember her exact name) was very nice in letting us check in earlier as our room was ready which was very nice of her. The beds were great and our room ( 3 beds) was a good size. The water heater worked too well. You barely needed to turn it on for it to already be extremely hot so we were not struggling to get hot water. The breakfast was pretty nice and the breakfast buffet employees were also very charming

A historical hotel with a lot of old world charm. Staff is very nice and greet you often. Very central location and easy to walk or that the Metro. They have great restaurants on property so you don’t have to go far.

Room and hotel could use a little more maintenance. It's a bit outdated. They could do better with the shower. It has a glass door, but it does little to keep water in. The bathroom floor gets wet. It didn't have a floor towel/mat, so we just used a normal towel as one. Where the restaurants are located in the hotel, they are connected with the street. As a guest, you'll need your keycard to go to the restaurant area's and back, which is good, but... on the street side, anyone can come in. It's especially at night when sketchy people come in. I even saw an addict/homeless person just strolling in there while i was eating. The place is surrounded by addicts, but hey...that's the city center for you. The hotel does it's best so that they don't bother the guests. Don't get me wrong. The hotel doesn't let any of them go to the inside of the hotel self. In my opinion, they should have a little more control on who enters on the restaurants/street side. For security reasons, that is. Wooden flooring was a bit loose at the room entrance. The location is pretty congested/busy. I know the hotel has nothing to do with that, but just keep in mind that your taxi or ride may take a while to get there/get you to places. I know there are people complaining about the breakfast. I didn't get the chance to review that. About the noise that other people complain about....yes there is a metro there. During the day, the people selling their products may use a loudspeaker, etc. I stayed on the 8th floor. I slept just fine. Guess that depends on the person. Noise doesn't bother me. Hotel has the potential to become something better.

Almost instant hot water. Beds were comfortable (firm). The first day there was a problem with the air-conditioning, almost went crazy because the room got pretty hot, but after it was fixed, it worked great. Staff were friendly. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room before we checked in.

Even when the building has anti noise windows the place is very noisy and the bathroom facility are not the best which is a bit upset in such a beautiful historic place.

The staff are so gentle and kind. The building architecture is gorgeous and te location is in the middle of the citytown.
