We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy concerns are more to the management. This are the cons: - This hotel should be labeled as “for couples only”, so I am not sure why it popped up in my search in booking, since I’m traveling with 2 kids (and I am very familiar with Colombian places, as I was born and raised here) - Hard to find because the GPS won’t take you to the actual place and the hotel has zero signs on the entrance, so it’s more like a hit or miss. - Zero closet space - Zero toilet privacy - Tiny room for Colombian hotels standards - Very steep walk downhill to the rooms (The bellboy will carry your luggage during the check in and check out) and seemed really unsafe specially when wet, at night and walking downhill with kids. The last day or our stay we found out (when we saw a car parking next to one of the rooms) that there was another entrance from the bottom of the road but we were never told about. This really turned us down! Bottomline, I would only stay here if you are a young couple and are staying for less than 2 nights.
Breakfast is beyond delicious (specially the coffee), the landscape is beautiful, as this is located in between the mountains, the staff is awesome (Sandra and Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable), the rooms and facilities are very clean.

United StatesThey lie I call a head of time to ask if they had ac unit and they say yes one’s I got to my room my room didn’t had a ac unit the jacuzzi was not working properly so I wish they be more honest and have the equipment they offering to work properly I was not very happy

United StatesThey lied about the distance from MDE airport. The place is in remote area which they do not disclose. You cannot reach that place by bus or walking. Even a small general store or pharmacy is about 10 miles away
