I couldn't get any hot water, but I didn't mind this as it was a hot day. My bottom sheet kept popping off, so I ended up sleeping just on the plastic mattress protector. My biggest issue was the party on the Sunday night (I had only booked one night) from 4pm - midnight. Music was incredibly loud, even through ear plugs and down a floor. I wouldn't have minded so much if it was decent music you could sing along to or an eclectic mix, like a bit of something for everyone. In fact, I probably would have gone and enjoyed the party. But it was awful and I did not sleep well. Play better music or turn it down so the whole Hostal doesn't have to hear it.

Kitchen towel to dry hands in kitchen and toilets, fans, lockers all good. It was super clean, probably one of the cleanest hostels I've been to. Staff were helpful. Towels were free! Breakfast was good. Great area for restaurants. The beds had useful shelves, plugs, light and fans.

Rooms are way too hot and the fans are as useful as a chocolate teapot. We had 6 of them so barely slept with the heat and noise. Some staff quite rude.

Nice, sociable hostel with comfy dorms. Lockers and plugs by the beds. Large kitchen and fridge space for guests to use, as well as a good breakfast of eggs, fruit and toast. Comfy common areas and nice terrace bar. All the staff were lovely. Great location in Poblado for bars and restaurants and close to the Metro station.

While the facilities were adequate for the price, there were some things I feel like could be improved. For instance the rooms were quite stuffy and had a bad smell. More ventilation may be needed. Also when I went to use the shower I had to immediately leave as there were roaches. The toilet was also clogged making for an unpleasant odor

I loved the atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. 10/10 for the front desk staff. They were clear and excellent at communicating the rules of the hostel. The breakfast was served in a timely manner as well

Amazing staff, nice rooftop area/bar with reasonably priced drinks, good breakfast included (eggs, toast and fruit), big kitchen which guests can use, really good value for money. I stayed in this hostel 3 times and would definitely stay again!

Fans are pretty loud in the room

First of all Lady and Carlos, best people in Colombia, these guys always will help you with anything and give best advices. If I was an owner of this hostel- I would double their salary. Location is great, quiet street but super convenient, steps to metro, restaurants, markets etc. Very cool lady who makes breakfast.

Its clearly a party hostel and therefore attracts a certain type of people. Not exactly the openminded and adventurous types. Rules stated that drug use was prohibited, yet people were freely using in the rooftop bar. The bar guy was just talking like a low life about cocaine and women. At the rooftop bar, everything looked fake, and felt unauthentic. Then the bedroom: ventilation was very bad. Was 40*c in the room so very difficult to sleep. Furthermore, although it was supposed to get quite late at night according to hostels policies, the "party" just kept going.

Location is good, if you like the touristy stuff and party vibes in El Poblado. Guy at the check-in was very friendly and helpful, explained all very well and made me feel at home.

Bathrooms could be cleaned more often, upper bunk beds have little no none area to place even a book or a bottle of water, no curtain or more privacy, no separate area to brush your teeth, so youre next to the toilet
