There was a problem with water dripping from the air conditioner in our first room. We were moved to another room, but only after the response to our initial complaint (mopping up the water on the floor) didn't solve the dripping problem.

Location was excellent for getting to the airport for a very early morning flight. Even though the airport is only 12 miles from central Cali, traffic can routinely stretch the drive time to the airport to an hour. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle which is available on call. Although we left too early for breakfast, the hotel provided a small bagged meal to go.

We needed to take off the toilet lid always when flushing the toilet and help some part of the mechanism go down to get enough water to fill the toilet tank.

We took a take-away breakfast because of the early take-off. It was ready-made when we wanted to leave. Also the free taxi was ready to take us to the aiport. The room was good.

I didn't like that the staff from the front desk couldn't find the reservation because the hotel was extremely busy and made my parents wait a while to get the room. However, they gave my parents the room and the next day I had to speak with the staff.

Booking says payment is made in advance however hotel asked for payment at property. This causes confusion at check in - I’d suggest checking this before you arrive

We were only here for one night but it was very clean and comfortable. They offer free airport transfer. Breakfast was great. They offer filter water for guests. Shower was very good.

It is 2 minutes away from the airport and the shuttle is available 24h, no need to book it. Breakfast starts at 4 am, very convenient for early flights.

They are definitely short of personnel after 6pm, when we checked in. The dinner was good but slow service. Very friendly, but not everything was ready. Ordered a pitcher of sangria and it took 20 minutes. It was good but wow, slow. Also, when we checked out, we called the desk for assistance with our bags. 25 minutes later and 3 phone calls, the guy shows up. He said it was lunch time. Also, no bar or liquor. Can't get a margarita or any cocktails. Beer aplenty but no booze Overall perfect place for airport location. Will definitely go again next year.

Gym - afternoon Sun cooking! No A/C working. Machines faulty. Some young couple having an all night party in a nearby room. Poor sound insulation. Lack of attention to service and inspection. Shower faulty, phone screen backlight lighting room (placed pillow to cover it). Running water all night (toilet or drains).

I was disappointed with dinner.The staffing, though friendly was light. It was a Wednesday early evening.The steak that I received, though cooked properly, was in parts fatty and tough.Everything else was fine. I would just get something else. Coming from a restaurant background I know this can happen. I would still recommend the hotel and restaurant. Dianne was great at the restaurant serving there and outside at the pool area.

We arrived at the hotel expecting to use the swimming pool and wet area as we were super tired from the trip and willing to relax. We arrived at 6:15pm and the pool was already closed opening next day only at 9am, so it was impossible to use it as we had an early flight.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport; it is very convenient if you have an early/late flight.

Unfortunately they are expanding so there is construction going on and the plastic partially obstructed the view. When it is done, it will be spectacular. The towels were old and thin. Our “standard” room had no view and the one frosted window opened to another wall.

The view is wonderful. The service was great and they were really good about accommodating our large car. The breakfast had multiple options which was nice.
