The place has a very good vibe, excellent location. The staff is so good and helpful. The bathroom could use a little more TLC since we have to share it. Price was great!

when asking casually about the hot water we were told that a few weeks ago the boiler got over heated and the hot water function is not working now, but because it is hot outside anyway it is ok to shower that way. in reality, the water is freezing cold and it was impossible for us to shower, a fact that made us move to another hostel.

the staff was amazing. Carolina was adorable and was the best thing about the stay - she made sure everything is comfortable for us, helped us with anything and was absolutely amazing!

We were a group of 8 friends and booked 2 rooms thinking about partying for a night in Cali. The rules of the hostel were challenging for us as they don't give you keys to the front door and the staff leaves at 1am which implies we could not enjoy the nightlife as we wanted. One of the rooms did not have a fan. There were nit enough plugs to charge our phones inside the rooms. Little improvements that could.make all the difference.

Location was great. The staff was extremelly friendly a and nice. The terrace and the cocktails were 10/10. Cali is amazing..

They charged me 80% of the price of one night to chill at the hostal for the day because my bus was in the evening, first time ive ever heard of that. Also they gave me the wrong information about the buses in the first place which cost me taxi money to and from the bus station, just to bear in mind, other than that hostal was fine

The Hostel has a bar terrace with events until midnight. People who are not guests are not aware and respectful of guest's sleep

Only negative is there's no power outlets in the dorm, only in the storage/sink room connected to it (very strange room there 😂).

Great location near things to do. Staff are friendly. Good, simple breakfast. AC all say that you can control with the remote was wonderful. Only stayed for 1 night after negative experience at another hostel with dog fur all over and very dirty. I wish I had booked this place for those days instead. No pet fur on furniture and hostel was very clean. Big kitchen and very well-equipped. I didn't visit the bar because I was sleepy, but if they were open the night I was there in September, I didn't hear anything from the dorm room.

The terrace was too crowded but I get it. This is a really popular weekend to visit Cali because of Petronio.

Everything was really clean. The staff was very gentle and the breakfast complete and delicious. Can’t wait to go back ❤️

Unfortunately cold showers. Dorm rooms are cramped with no natural light or ventilation. Ridiculously I got in trouble for using the wrong stairs to go up for breakfast. So instead of walking up one flight of stairs you have to walk down one flight of stairs and then walk up two! Absolutely stupid. And then the breakfast was horrible! Lol. That woman could definitely use some lessons in manners.

Location is good. Rooftop bar is nice. Wifi good.

Unfortunately the bathrooms are few (2) and not very clean, the garbage was exploding and they should have some shelves or furniture inside the bathroom to put things (clothes, toiletries). The room where I stayed is shared (6 people) and has a/c but the beds are not very comfortable and being a cabin it sounds every time you move, the bamboo type concept is unique and favors the facilities. Apart from David there was no one else and being a holiday (bank holiday) I didn't get breakfast. I also advise the owner or reception staff not to leave couples in shared rooms, they do not let sleep having sex* and more being hotel staff or volunteers staff

Santiago D.c is a super central place in San Antonio, easy to access and David's attention was the best of all, during the two nights I was there also the dance teacher really polite :) The Arabba rooftop has a super unique and open minded concept, with house cocktails and a delightfully balanced ambiance.

Good location. Fair breakfast. Excellent Capuccino in extra cost which is rare to find in the morning..
