The food was not so tasty. My breakfast eggs were served cold and not fresh, the coffee had instant taste.

Best views in the area, it's really a phenomenal part of the lakes. The corner room on the top floor is perfect, view and size wise, but the bathroom had sewage smell. The other rooms are very small. The staff was nice.

The shower didn’t always have hot water.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Overlooking the water and our room had such a good view. Rooms were clean and modern. The hotel has good facilities and the staff were friendly.

This place is very spectacular. It is located in between El Penol and Guatape. 20 mins tuk tuk ride to the Rock. It is nearby the lake and the view is amazing. The common area, restaurant, lake side, bar and hammocks are very well designed, feels like you are in a retreat hotel. Restaurant is efficient and prices are good. Staff is I would love to stay there again.

First the road to get there is in very bad shape. It's also difficult to find the directions to the hotel from the main road. They could put a bigger sign or whatever. The road is a dirt road that has some iron bars visible in the middle of the way which can be very dangerous for the vehicles. This is not the hotel or staff fault but when we stayed at the hotel there was a big group of young people staying there. So it was very noisy and confusing. The staff could have helped us with our bags as the lift was not working but it did not happen. The breakfast does not include any bread only arepas and pancakes. The quantities also very little, however this is something very common in Colombia

The hotel has very good facilities. Very nice environment and spots to relax & enjoy the very beautiful lagoon that surrounds the place. The room is very comfortable and clean with quite nice decoration (very modern). It also has a restaurant (we did not taste the food, only the breakfast). It has common areas where you can watch TV and play pool or other entertainments. Amazing view over the lagoon (as mentioned). The space is amazing to be honest.

it is very far away from the center. the only way to get to the rock and the center is by a cab/tuktuk the receptionist will call and the prices are very high. bed is not so comfortable and the water run slow in the shower

Noise penetrating to rooms until 10:30 pm and the road to access the hotel is in bad condition.

Breakfast was ok, but very limited in fruits. We are vegans.

The worst decision I have made is to stay at the hotel Soy local, my family group of 10 people we travel every year to a different part of Colombia and always with the help of booking.com 1. very far from everything you always have to pay $15+ for a 4 person taxi for just 5km away 2. They do not work with any type of tours or even an Recommendation 3. The Front desk so Rude and any question or request they never know they answer I am not a manager I am frontdesk 4. They do not have air conditioning or a fan and it is annoying to sleep with open windows and mosquitoes and it was a night with cockroach 5. They don't have room service, which is very annoying, for example, if I need something to drink or a dessert, I have to go down to the restaurant and wait a lot for simple things. 6. The restaurant prices are average menu are limited the bar is very expensive for a shot of whiskey Buchanan'd is more expensive than a plate of Hamburger 7. They don't change the towels,they do not give toilet paper or shampoo or soap. You always have to ask for those things i mention if i can give tip for Any tourist who came from another country who always have top service in the hotel industry This place is terrible My Job is Human Resource of a Hotel and this is not pleasant for me who work in Hotel industry everyday Ta get treated like this....

Customer service at the reception was fair. We had luggage because we're traveling for 2 weeks and the guy in the front didn't offer to help, when asked he said: it's not my job but I am going to gelp you.

The chalet was nice, but the access even that was in the mountain wasn't very friendly when you travel with luggage, only a carry on.

We arrived to realized that the water from El Penol had been cut off, so they didn’t have any access to water activities. We immediately request a refund for our money, after some discussion they agreed to refund one night, that was back in March. After almost 2 months they never gave us the refund. They totally stole The money from us. We ended up going to a different hotel in the area where we had an amazing time.

Takes a while to get to the sights when you're not by car. Hotel didn't mention there are cheap jeeps circulating on the main road to get around, only offering quite pricey tuktuks. Walls are pretty thin so you hear couples while at breakfast.

Is not comfortable, there is no noise isolation. Doors and Windows must be changed to have proper sleep. The Matress is too soft.

We paid for a Bungalow with Jacuzzi. During our whole stay we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as not enough water came to fill it and we didn’t has hoy water to shower. We mentioned it to the property and didn’t gave us options or solutions.

it appeared that the sheets in one of the beds had not been changed. We were put in another room. The power went out for an hour and the reservoir had been drained by the electric company to generate power.
