Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Located past the airport and ubers can be expensive, so keep that in mind if you are doing many activities in the centra. A few minutes walk from Playa Azul, and from a few restaurants, so there were some options nearby. Good breakfast, with lots of options, and the room was clean, comfortable and cool. The air conditioning worked great! The wifi was iffy and the tv had an issues.

Room was very loud as the aeroplanes were taking off over our room but of course the hotel cannot do much about this, had a good sleep nonetheless

The location is not great, far from the center, no convenient restaurants or shops. Difficult to get taxi. The hotel is restrict on having guests.

Only one key per room! It’s difficult because you need it inside the room to keep functioning AC and lights!

The only downside is that the pool is quite small, and the airport is nearby, so you may hear some plane noise.
The property was clean, well-located, with stunning views. It was very comfortable overall.

They totally misrepresented that there is a free airport shuttle. There is not. Even though we had 3 registered guests, each day they gave us 2 towels and we had to ask for more. They refused to give us more than 1 key, I have never stayed anywhere that did that. There were no cups in the room which is bizarre, not even cheap plastic ones. Even though the beach is right across the street, getting there is not at all pedestrian friendly, you must take a winding path up and down to an overpass over the highway, so a 15 minute walk.
Breakfast, staff service, clean, problems were addressed promptly, rooftop pool, after the cancel window closed they allowed a one-day shift in check in and check out for no extra charge. Other people's complaints: bad wifi, AC that doesn't work, those things were fine. Zona Norte restaurant is very good, 5 minute walk.

The fan only had one speed, which is super fast, and the AC unit in the room didn’t do anything. So through out the night, had to wake up to turn on and off the fan to keep it at a comfortable temperature
Great location. Literally right in front of the beach. Also right next to a minimart, the American equivalent of a 7/11. Also. The price is good for the room if you’re on a budget!

Earlier the room provided with the jacuzzi drained the water on the floor rather than the drainage that created a pool in the bathroom, the AC wasn't functioning. However I would like to thank the reception to change the room.
Everything was good, the view from the roof top pool, the location and proximity to the popular old city and a few shops nearby and a couple of restaurants. The room had a wonderful panoramic view and was very close to the airport.

But the front desk staff was not so friendly, they never offered to help, or guide, and this is something I expect from a hotel, that they show interest in that you are having a good time.
Breakfast was good, they had a lot of choices. The pool staff was super friendly.
